Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Plymouth. Gorgeous hotel, close to the Hoe and the city centre. Limited free parking or the hotel offer a permit for £6 a day, which is great value. We had a family room, which was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was included, and there was a great range to choose from including croissants, fruit and a cooked breakfast. We opted for the “works” which was throughly enjoyable! Highly recommend and will definitely visit again

A pleasant stay, I stayed in a single room which was small and basic but functional and comfortable. The hotel is a well located near the Barbican area of Plymouth. Breakfast was good with hot options available to order. Overall nice stay in this classic and affordable hotel.

Stayed here numerous times before. A Clean, friendly place to stay. Located near sea-front. Good choice for breakfast. There is even a small free car park at back of hotel. Most other establishments in that immediate area do not have parking facilities.

Placed in room 28. Positives:- Small, basic, tidy but clean room. Superb Netflix / Prime on Tele Great warm shower Great staff Albeit small but delicious free cooked breakfast and good offer of tea/drinks Great spot to explore centre / front After 11.30 it was quiet Come and go as you please Free WiFi Negatives:- Top floor rooms either 25,26 or 27 need locks sorting, too much slamming of doors which made room shake. Draught in room from window not tight to keep out cold Wall mounted heater didn't work, radiator on for an hour or so. Reported heater, wasn't fixed in the 3 days but was given 2 fan heaters. Need more teabags/coffee For the price this is extremely good value for money, great spot in Plymouth, great staff, tasty breakfast, the odd faults esp slamming of doors but will defo look into re booking this hotel when next in Plymouth.
