20s couple stay 2 nights Location - good, 10 min walk to town/the hoe, shops restaurants etc Cleanliness - very good Room - very good Price/value - great Staff - nice although one receptionist was a bit grumpy Parking 👍 Would stay again
I was on a five day coach trip and was so happy when i got my room 122. Ceiling fan, another fan in wardrobe, hair dryer, bath and shower, iron, a selection of hot drinks and biscuits, toiletries and a fridge. A lovely sized room, bed extremely comfortable. It overlooked the car park but still a good view, there is a big Sainsburys close by in the Shopping Mall. Very clean, also in the rest of the hotel, The staff were great, and very efficient. I treated myself to a bar meal on the free day we had, as it was a very relaxing place to be. Thanks to everyone for a great stay!
I stayed with my family,,,everything was excellent...perfect for holidays....Food was nice and service was great....kids enjoyed the stay...quick drive to the seaside...all anemites are near...perfect for all occasions...
Stayed there for couple of days & ad an amazing experience. The food was wonderful & the staff were extremely polite & courteous ! Rooms are decent and worth the stay. Beautiful restaurant particularly the outside lounge area. Certainly coming back .
I stayed a Fri/Sat night and got a std room - was dated as everyone says but was comfortable and bed was fine. I was lucky and got a parking space out front (there are only 5 or 6!). The car park is back on yourself and round the town! Not that hard once you know how ... but on arrival - late and in the dark it could be hard getting to check in as you'd have no clue you can't stop outside the hotel! So my TIP is to check first. Apparently they get lots of complaints about this! So the breakfast was good and the location for the University and the City is pretty perfect.
