Stopped at the end of November 2015 for 3 nights on business with a colleague. I was upgraded as a diamond for life member to a four poster room. The room was large and clean also very nicely decorated in character with the hotel. The staff were all very professional and polite Ate in the bar each night and the...

This hotel was comfortable and good value for money. The staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. Our dogs were welcome. The service provided by all staff was exemplary. The car park is small though and we sometimes had to park on the road.

Dear Penny B Thank you for your lovely review. The staff work so hard to provide good service and it's nice to see that recognised. Dogs are always welcome here and I hope they too had a good stay! We'll look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kindest regards Peter Adams Manager

As we are students, our budget was low and we were expecting to afford the bare minimum. However, we stayed here for £63 for the night which was really reasonable, and we definitely received more than the bare minimum. The...

Stayed in room 406 on valentines day with my boyfriend which we thought for the price we paid was good value. Reception staff were very friendly upon our arrival. The hotel itself looks very 'posh' but it gets let down slightly by the décor. although my room itself was lovely, it looked a bit dated. We couldn't walk around the...

First time in Plymouth. The hotel was in a perfect location between the seafront and the town centre and the view from our window was lovely. The room was nice and warm which was very welcome as it was freezing outside and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very nice but a little overpriced as there was very little...

We stayed over valentines weekend and were very impressed by the hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Free parking, open fire in the bar, free wifi. Million times better than cheap no frills alternatives.
