We stayed here for one night because we were going to watch music at Plymouth pavilions which is just around the corner so a great location. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly service. Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good and we were really happy with our stay.

Travelled to Plymouth to visit son at uni and stayed overnight here. We booked a double ensuite and a single with shared bathroom. There was parking outside on the road free between 4pm and 10am. The landlady, Wendy, was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and warm. Enough room in each. The ensuite was clean and everything worked well....

The proprietor was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. To be honest the rooms are dated but at these prices that is being picky as it is clean, tidy and the breakfast was lovely. Location is 50 yards from the sea and 5 minutes to the Hoe. Would definitely recommend for an economic stopover but perhaps not best to...

room was double booked! - it would appear the proprietor didn't put my telephone booking " on the system!" The subsequent booking via expedia took priority and I was left with nowhere to stay the night before my daughter's graduation. Unbelievable! If you need to be sure of somewhere to stay don't go here!

I spent a week at this guesthouse and was very happy there. The owner, Wendy, is so friendly and helpful, and she cooks an amazing breakfast, with great choices to suit everyone. The house is spacious and I had a pleasant view from my room, and the area is quiet so I slept well with no disturbances. I was so...

We were in Room 2 (ground floor) which was clean and suitably furnished. Usual supplies were available to use including shower gel/shampoo and tea/coffee making facilities. Wendy made us very welcome and was very accommodating to our needs. Location is great. It is a fairly quiet area, tennis courts opposite and just a few minutes walk away from the Hoe...

A warm welcome, in a quiet neighbourhood, a stone's throw from the ferry port. A more-than-you-can- eat breakfast with a vegetarian option. We had a lovely morning chat with the lady of the house during breakfast. The room was a little small, but good for the price.

The landlady called Wendy was superb and extremely helpful with where to park and where to go to eat. It is a couple of minutes walk to the Hoe and the seafront with wonderful views. The room...
