Soon as we arrived we were politely welcomed and shown to our table. After been introduced to our waitress 'Becki' she took time to explain offers and drinks available. Becki was respectful of our privacy but made herself available to meet our needs. The food was very good and the price a definite bonus. Overall a really good quality family... More

Good service, food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were excellent even when they were rushed ohh their feet, as it was in the evening. Being situated next to a Travel Lodge makes this a very good place to stay and eat. Located close to the air port and a bus straight into the city centre you have many choices.

Took 20 minutes to show us to a table although several seemed to be empty, the server said nothing, so we sat waiting to be served, eventually when he next passed by we asked when we would be served he said just go and help yourselves! strange set up no ticket issued... they started a new joint for us, it... I'll start off by saying me and my partner come here often for a Carvery on a Sunday, and are aware that the reasturant does get busy and that you often have to wait for a table which we don't mind doing. Upon arrival we were told the wait time for a table was 45 minutes this was at 2:20... More

Monday evening, had to wait 20 minutes for a table and could see several spare. Finally got shown through and waited again for further instruction. Only two waitress on and one was rude to customers on next table. I think they could have done with more help clearing tables. Good was good and great selection of vegetables.

We visited on the 17th August and unfortunately it was truly really terrible. This is my favourite Toby Carvery and we always make time to visit here when we're in Plymouth so I was especially disappointed. The Yorkshire puddings were flat and soggy, we joked they looked like deformed pancakes they were that bad. The roast potatoes were a weird... More

Was pleased to find this toby carvery to have good quality meat, good quality vegetables and hygiene standards were excellent. Good comfortable restaurant, courteous staff, drinks were served on table for when we returned from carvery. Overall a good experience and would return.

We ordered our drinks before we went to get food and had to re-order them when we had nearly finished our meal as the waitress had forgotten to get them. The vegetables were uncooked and cold. There was a long wait for the bill and the waitress seemed irritated and rolled her eyes at us a couple of times.

Visited here with my partner 17th August. Firstly the roast potatoes looked awful, bruised, bits and not roast looking at all. Saying that, the chef did bring out a fresh batch which looked much more 'roast potato' like. After eating most of our meal, we both said it was not upto scratch. Pretty tasteless to be honest. Normally we're stuffed... More

Visited here on a flying visit through Plymouth and was staying the hotel next door. It's your bog standard Toby carvery, nice inside, affordable prices, good beer, good food. Staff are very friendly, but sadly the bar does shut early, but maybe due to licensing law down there, not sure! But worth a visit if you're staying nearby.
