The location of this guest house is fantastic minutes away from Barbican and shopping areas. The rooms were super clean and nicely presented. The breakfasts are delicious I went for the 'raft' and it was great...stay here and you will understand what that means! If visiting Plymouth stay here.

We stayed overnight on Mon 1st Aug. On the last leg of a mini break to see friends in Cornwall. We received a very warm and attentive welcome from Rob & Sue. We stayed in the room at the top of the house, which houses the loo just outside, across the landing, but it is private to the room, and... More

Very friendly ... Peaceful ... Best cooked Breakfast EVER ! So close to bars and eateries. Pleasant walk around The Hoe and waters edge . Very close to the Plymouth Gin Distillery. If I find myself in this area again I will book this place up , without a doubt .

Super little B & B. Great rooms at reasonable cost. Situated within easy reach of all the points of interest in the area. There is no on site parking, on street parking is available at cost but can be hard to secure - dependant on time of year and time of day. Very personable hosts and good service. Highly recommended.

The hosts Rob and Sue were really friendly and made me feel very welcome, and the... More

On arrival which was confirmed the day before . Left on the door step with owners not around , two tel numbers were given to ring with no answer on both. Owners rang back a couple of mins later and Sue was quickly with us who was very friendly. Good info on the area was given . Location is perfect... More

This small BnB is very cheery, just what you expect. Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful with a full cooked breakfast to your order with yogurt, fruit and juice. Breakfast specials with a nautical twist were very tempting! Met very interesting and friendly houseguests at breakfast where travel tips and recommendations were shared. Arriving late after a long day, I... More

I only stayed one night while passing through. Rob pointed out where I could get 'fed n watered' which was very helpful. Breakfast choice, was exactly what you wanted. Nice visit and will be coming back when I'm in the area. ..Cheers..
