We had booked this via LateRooms.com less than 24hours prior to arrival and very little consideration for the details of our destination - just wanted to get out of London. These guys are very laid back and welcoming. We didn't arrive until well after 11pm but were still warmly welcomed. Smallish room but very comfy bed, spotless bathroom, ok shower,... More

Located just on the edge of Lynton this was a fantastic base for exploring Exmoor. Steve and Lesley were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Our room (number 9) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The views over the wooded valley were fantastic. Breakfast choices were varied and the full English breakfast set us... More

We had a great time. Steve and lesley went out of their way to accommodate us whilst we were overseeing a D of E expedition, even sorting out some food for us late in the evening when they realised we had missed out on an evening meal because the group had arrived back so late!!
