On arrival, I had made a mistake with the booking, receptionist Emma was very kind and helpful. I got to the room and to satisfy my OCD I went around the room and bathroom with a white disinfectant wipe and I am pleased to say not a mark on it!! A very clean room.

We stayed here one night and were more than happy, it was everything you'd expect from a Travelodge for a nice and easy stay. We had no issues with parking and we arrived fairly late as our stay was a stop over to break up our journey.

Stayed here for 2 nights so we could explore the local area. We had a great stay. The receptionist was very helpful, gave us some good ideas for food. The room was clean, tidy & big. Would definitely stay here again. Right next to the services so very easy to find.

Following our stay at your Exeter M5 hotel. We were discussed with the standard of the room we had(202) I have listed the problems along with photos please see below Main room 1 very shabby and outdated. This leaves the room. 2 no usb power sockets in any of the sockets. and no bedside sockets 3 mould stained vent next to bed and all around the window and ceiling 4 no battery cover on remote so battery would fall out 5 floor creaks and wake people up Bathroom 1 mould all around sink surround near the taps 2 mould in several patches around the ceiling 3 mirror old and flaking all around the edges 4 no disposable cup in bathroom 5 extraction system don’t work so all surfaces get wet makes floor very slippery and trip hazard This was not worth the money we’re charged. You could not pay me to stay in that room again

Clean and tidy just as you expect from travel lodge. However there was noise from the outside as it is so close to the motorway, room was clean and tidy. The annoying thing was getting a parking fine notice after we got back despite leaving our registration number at reception , but this was quickly resolved by travel lodge. it is quite hard to find as it is on the exit road leaving the services and badly signed
