Excellently positioned to walk and discover the majority of key Exeter sights. Staff just an average as you could expect from this budget brand, however, somewhat in stark contrast to fresh and new and attractive location site that unfortunately do not fit together.

We stayed here for 1 night as a stop off. Firstly, the parking in under the hotel at a cost. I think we paid £8 for the night which is a bit steep really. Check In. Utter shambles. Was in a queue of at least 7 people with 1 staff member. There was problems with 2 of the bookings before... More

The hotel is in a great location and is new but they are under staffed. The whole place looked clean and so did our room but the pillows were dirty and there was Hairs in the bath that weren’t ours. There was two staff running the front desk and the bar and the restaurant, we want to complain about our... More

Called the Premier Inn last min and they were able to fit us in. We arrived worn out about 11.00pm and checked in. Staff were very helpful and we had a well earned drink or two! Parking was across the road but was around 8 pounds. Room was as expected , no different to any other Premier Inn.... That's why... More

Stayed here for my wedding night. The hotel gave us complimentary prosecco, and put up congratulations banners, which was a nice touch. Bed was extremely comfy, and the air-con worked a treat. We paid extra for breakfast and we were glad we did. Was very tasty, exactly what we needed after a night of dancing and drinking! Anyway, no complaints... More

We chose this hotel or the location. We were arriving and departing by train from London and also meeting family at the station a few days later. There is a bus stop by the station where the number H bus takes you into the city , every 15 minutes or you can walk there in 20 minutes. We asked for... More

We stay in premier inn's fairly often, and the good thing is you know what to expect. Other reviews mentioned that the service is less than good, and this was our experience as well. The sheet did not fit the bed, the bin in our room was not empty when we arrived, the room was not ready when we turned... More

We stayed in a family room, was really basic but the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The food in the restaurant wasn't great neither was the breakfast in the morning poor quality and the production of food wasn't kept on top of. I would stay again but wouldn't book dinner or breakfast at the hotel.
