Very accessible but very quiet. Immaculate. Self catering option but with essential breakfast components provided. Very new and all facilities/wifi/large rooms and great bed. Great views. Huge shared lounge and large kitchen. Very secure.

This was our second stay with Christine at Kiddicott Farm near Exeter and we will likely be back for a third on our next trip from the USA to the UK. Both visits have felt very "at home" for my family. We've enjoyed the hospitality, the breakfasts, the rooms, and the sprawling surrounding landscape. Christine has even done a bit... More

Wonderful friendly family hosts. Nothing too much trouble! Beautiful setting and clean airy rooms in farmhouse. The self contained units are out of this world! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a few days away with the best cooked breakfast ever to enjoy this wonderful part of the world or an over night restful stay if you are away working.... More

This is our second time here and really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with getting some documents printed and re emailed and the owner was so helpful in sorting this out. Would recommend as a lovely relaxing place to stay. See you next time we are in the UK. From 2 grateful Aussies

I stayed at Kiddicott Farm whilst doing an ecology placement in Exeter. My room was just lovely, large and spacious and well looked after. The location was just what I was looking for; fantastic views and in a rural setting, but only 10-15 minutes drive to Tesco or Exeter city centre. The hosts (Christine and family) made me feel extremely... More

My wife and I stayed at Kiddicott Farm from the 7/7/14 for 3 nights. I organised the stay a few days beforehand over the phone without any problems. The room had a great view over the garden and it was very clean with a comfortable bed. We were on holidays driving around the UK and had come from Oxford via... More

I stayed long-term (6 weeks) at Kiddicott Farm while training at Exeter Airport. I really enjoyed my stay and have recommended the farm to others. My room was large and spacious, with a lovely view over the fields (see attached photo!). I had an en suite and my own TV. The host (Christine) ensured the room was kept very clean,... More

We were very pleased to find space at Kiddicott Farm to stay 3 nights while we attended a course at the Westpoint Showground. (The location is very, very, convenient.) Right from the start, we could not have had a better stay. A friendly welcome, followed throughout our stay with lots of detailed local knowledge, enthusiastically shared, helping us enjoy our... We have stayed at kiddicott a few times now and every time we return I realise why I love this place so much. Rooms are clean bright and airy and I love the little touch of fresh milk and biscuits.
