Stayed for one night on a Friday for a very reasonable price. The bed was huge and super comfy. We were warned that the hotel was full so there was likely to be a wait at breakfast, however, we found there were plenty of tables available straightaway. There was a decent choice of food and staff were doing their best to keep everything topped up. Everything was new and modern although the bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner upon arrival. The location is the best thing about the hotel - a few minutes walk to the quay and about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Parking is £12 overnight but it’s handy to be able to park right outside and leave the car while you visit the city for the day/evening. Would recommend and would return if I was to stay in Exeter again.

A great welcome from Declan, a very comfortable room in a new hotel and it’s also very handily located. The rooms are spotless and ideal for business or leisure. Checkout was very smooth and the duty manager went out of her way to fine me a taxi

Booked direct with the hotel and arrived about 21.30 hours on a Friday evening. Plenty of parking, which costs £12 a night, but this seems to be the normal things with a lot of the other hotels. Booking in was very quick and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the 4th floor, which there are two lifts and stairs. This is a new building and is still looking nice and clean. The room was facing onto the main road, but you would not notice as there was no road noise. Room was a nice size and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and a good size, with everything that you needed. The shower was warm and a good shower head of spray to wash with. In the room is space to hang clothing and there are hangers. Hairdryer, iron and a good size mirror. Breakfast is served in the main area next to reception. There is a lot of tables and the breakfast is very nice. There was the whole rang of foods and all very tasty. staff keep and eye on the quantity out and make sure that is is topped up. I was happy with the breakfast and able to go and there were even paper bags so that you could take away croissants and cakes. The bar area was quiet and the bar is well stocked and hot food can be ordered to eat in the bar. There is a list of items that you can get if you have forgot something. We had forgot toothpaste and were able to get a little tube free to tide us over with. This is such a good touch. Tea and coffee are in each room and if you require more you can collect some from the reception to take back to your room. Hotel is in a great location for getting out on foot to visit the town and the staff were very helpful from arriving to leaving. The cleaning staff are all very friendly and do a great job with keeping the rooms to a good standard. Great value for money and good location.

My wife an i recenly visited this newly opened hotel and were very pleased. The staff were great and very helpful, the hotel is very new, only been opened 5 weeks or so. The rooms are modern with plenty of bedside usb and plug sockets, just whats needed. Large shower room, with big shower cublicle, conmfy beds, large tv. Although we didn't eat there, the menu had lots of options, drinks at the bar not overly priced again with great service. Would recommend no probs!

Stayed here a week. Staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable with a large comfy bed with a choice of hard or soft pillows. A swivel chair and table suitable for working on. Lots of sockets for charging up. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as the usual tea/coffee etc. & toiletries. A good roomy shower, large fluffy towels, good lighting but no magnifying shaving mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with scrambled egg, bacon, sausages + beans plus all the cereals, yoghurts, fruit, and pastries you could want. Of course toast etc. as well. I only ate one evening and was disappointed. I had lasagne which was £10ish. It came in a small bowl, with lettuce, tomato + cucumber garnish. No garlic bread and no extra parmisan. I have a small appetite (normally I cannot finish a lasagne served in most hotels) but the portion was very small and wasn't enough for me. Shame as it tasted very good. Parking was expensive £12 a night which is a bit more than other hotels were charging but it is a city centre hotel and you have to pay for convenience. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again. .
