We stayed at Rydon Farm in November and what a wonderful little gem it is. Situated between Exeter & Exmouth, it is as peaceful as you can get. Having arrived in darkness, the farm is well lit, with ample parking for guests. The room was very spacious, with a large bathroom which had all the additional luxuries such as bathrobes... More

We returned recently for another stay and were equally impressed. We received a warm welcome from Sally who was also very accommodating when we made the booking as we were so keen to stay here again. The room, breakfast and service were all excellent, couldn't fault anything, just perfect!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this boutique B&B near Exeter. It is part of a working dairy farm and we were greeted on arrival by the cows coming in to be milked. The room (Exe) was spacious, as was the en-suite bathroom, and we were made to feel really welcome by Sally, the owner. We cannot recommend this... More

A wonderful overnight stay. Fabulous room, breakfast, and suggestions for local eateries. Sally was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Home produce and cooking excellent. Having had to put on formal attire in the morning, Sally kindly let us return after lunch to change into casual wear for our journey home-a blessing as traffic was dire... More

It was a pleasure to stay at such a welcoming and luxurious B and B and to know we are supporting a family business at the same time. The bed was fantastically comfortable and the breakfast perfectly cooked.
