Only wanted something hot and plentiful and the pie was good choice. Also had Winter cider including some mulled which helped to warm us. Do not normally go for large pubs on the high street but it offered all we wanted at the time

Been using as our holiday "local" for nearly 20 years now, food is great and has the largest selection of drinks in the village. All the staff are friendly and polite and food service is really quick even when busy.

Bed has seen better days, excessive noise until 2.00 am, no apology from owner, refused compensation. Kitchen can't cope with demand in evening. Don't go if you want to sleep well!! If I say anything else it would only be negative after my conversation with the owner who suggested I should sue him!!

We spent 2 nights here during July, the King Arthur's Arms is very popular with both tourists and locals alike. There is a large car park adjacent to and which is owned by the Inn, so it costs nothing to park if you are staying here. We booked for a room with an en-suite, as it turns out we had... More

Fantastic breakfast served all day long. A varied menu to suit all tastes. Dogs welcome throughout on lead to have a rest after the long haul walk back up from the castle. Parking is quiet restrictive at peak times but reasonably priced. £3.50 for 4 hours. Take away coffee available for those who are looking for coffee on the go.
