Stayed here for New Year's Eve, good basic clean accommodation but quite dated. Staff brilliant so helpful and friendly. Used for coach parties so very busy but was adequate for our needs as a base. Breakfast disappointing, lots of it but not a lot of taste.

Stayed here with a coach group there were two other coach groups staying as well, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient (sometimes a bit too quick serving between courses in the dining room though!) Rooms were clean and comfortable to the normal Leisureplex standard. Entertainment was good but a bit too loud. Sea view rooms have an...

Visited with Coach Company. Bedrooms OK and whole premises clean and tidy. Central Heating needs attention but you can ask for an oil-filled radiator as we did. Shower and wash basin water was hot. corridors/stairs a bit confusing but there are lifts if you need them. Very good, hot, food and reasonable portions (breakfast & evening dinner). Speedy service from...

This hotel stay was with a coach load of Probus Club members. It has to be said that we approached this stay with trepidation. We had stayed there some time in the past and it left a lot to be desired, e.g. running out of the dinner main course. But no problems this time! Plenty of good food and the...

I've just returned from a 5 day stay, it was very good all round. My room was comfortable and well furnished, the meals was well above the average for a *coach trip* and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. I hope to be able to return next year.

A very good experience, excellent value for money.Room was large and breakfast was good. Quite a good choice although first morning was slow because getting a coach part away seemed to take priority.Property is to be found halfway down steep hill to Carbis Bay beach next to train station which has regular trains to St Ives and Penzance.
