We - three adults and a 4 year old child - stayed at the Mustard Tree in early September 2015 for three nights. We had the large family room with a queen sized double bed and two single beds. It was perfect for our stay as it was spacious, comfortable and clean as well as in a great location. We... More

The bedrooms were very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was modern and clean. The owners were friendly and it was nice to be given a bedroom and front door key allowing more freedom. No curfew was set also.

You know when you get a good feeling about a place just from the call to book a room.. Well this happened here.. And it continued upon arrival. Anne and John are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are warm and comfortable, there's a mini bar with drinks and snacks and even fresh milk for a cuppa if you fancy one.... More

We booked into their family room which was very spacious, great facilities and very good beds. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the owners are extremely welcoming and friendly. Wifi, TV, use of a lounge room and even a guest PC and printer are all available. I would happily recommend the Mustard tree to anyone heading to... More

I spent one night at The Mustard Tree in St Ives with friends during a weekend in Cornwall. The guesthouse is a really great place to stay, our triple room was spacious, comfortable with our own bathroom ensuite completely renovated. Amazing breakfast in the morning included in the price! Great service and the owners are super nice and helpful.

Stayed in September for 3 days, would have loved to stay longer. Lovely welcome by host Ann who made us feel at home. We were given lots of info about bus routes, places of interest Tec. Couldn't fault anything, just plenty of praise. Breakfasts are excellent, plenty of variation, excellent quality and very well cooked. Rooms are comfortable and clean.... More

We couldn't stay for 7 day's so we split between The Mustard Tree and Tregenna Castle.... well I was so impressed I told Anne that Tregenna Castle would have a battle on it's hands. If I could have persuaded someone to take our booking at Tregenna I would have. Great hosts, good and wholesome breakfast, family room is massive and... More

We had arranged to stay two nights over Bank Holiday weekend at the Mustard Tree. A slight hiccup had happened in our booking, however this was swiftly rectified and we were allocated a different smaller room as a solution. I therefore couldn't comment on the standard room offering, but ours was what we needed. The shower was clearly newly installed... More
