Port Isaacs cocktail brimful of a mix of crab and prawns with a subtle sauce. Mussels and the crab pasta fish were also both excellent. Great service and a comfortable relaxed dining experience - we were there for a week and ate here twice thoroughly enjoyed.

Don't be fooled, this place doesn't do itself justice. Just find a table, order your food, help yourself to cutlery, sit outside, relax and wait for s real treat. The sea bass was just delightful and the Kate and Sidney excellent. She staff are friendly and very helpful. In short - good food, good price and awesome location. 👌

I have had 5 Cornish cream teas so far during my holiday in Corwall, and the one I had here is by far the worst. The very plain, stodgy scones were warm, microwaved I should think, and definitely NOT home made.

We arrived at the Slipway Hotel to start our honeymoon. We had not been made aware of any parking issues, so pulled up and went to inquire regarding parking our car. My husband was told there was none and to 'find the pay and display.' Not a nice welcome. We managed to wrestle our cases down the steep hill to... More

The Slipway Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. We had a beautiful view of the bay from our room. The meals were delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside with drinks listening to The Fisherman's Friends.

My husband booked this charming little hotel as a surprise for my birthday and it did not disappoint. It was such a lovely stay. The staff could not do enough to help and they were everything from enthusiastic to friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with a lovely sea view, comfy bed and great bathroom. The hotel is very... More

We enjoyed the view. They also have a room with a balcony and a view of the bay. The building is a bit old, but that's all part of the ambiance. It has an upstairs lounge just for residents, with a tv, nice since our tv did not work. also a side door so you don't have to walk through... More

The Hotel is in a great spot right at the front of the Harbour allowing you to really get a wonderful feel for the Village. The Family suite at the top of the hotel was a great space with lovely views out of all the windows. The beds were comfortable, clean and warm. The bath and overhead shower allowed for... More

Astonishing place, a bit expensive room price. The room and the Hotel a bit run-down and really overpriced. The Wifi doesn't working in the roof room. The seagulls are very loudly and every morning awaking us :(.

Had a lovely few days in Port Isaac at the Slipway Hotel. The hotel itself is situated right on the harbour so is ideally situated to get to all of the villages attractions. Our room was quite small but we had no complaints not over priced for the height of summer either, the breakfasts were good to. There's no parking... More
