The hotel is located on a quiet, elegant road lined with stoned built Victorian properties just 5 minutes walk from central Penzance and 1 minute from the front. My single en-suite room was situated on the 2nd floor with a sea view across the rooftops. It was kept very clean and had tea making facilities and a small modern television.... More

Took a staycation this year, travelling round Wales & Cornwall and stayed at the Estoril, Penzance for 2 nights. Our preference is small family run hotels and this one was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable in a homely way, breakfast was great with hot & cold choices and self service so can eat all you want.... More

The hotel makes a very friendly romantic impression. The owners are very accommodating and offer a very good breakfast. The small garden is beautifully decorated and offer a small seating area. Very nice.

Small private hotel, near the city center. Lovely, small garden. The owners were nice and helpful and gave us lots of great tips for sightseing, dining etc. Good, English breakfast. Nice environments.

We were very happy with the quality of the rooms and the service provided. The breakfasts were excellent epsecially the fresh fruit salad and warm croissants. We had a nice welcome, the rooms were very clean and we had clean towels every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and plan to return next year. Thank you again Eddie and Jong

The B&B was very clean and tidy and in a good location for bars and restaurants. Be aware that the stairs to the top floor are very steep. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals , fruit cold meats and cheese and cooked breakfast. The 'full' English breakfast wasn't quite full as it was missing sausages and fried egg,... More

Hotel very close to the center of Penzance. Nice garden with a small pond with fish. Very friendly hostess who even offered us a croissant upon arrival. Good breakfast, especially if you prefer a continental breakfast. Parking near the hotel is troublesome as there are only 3 free spots right in front of the hotel and the street is often... More

On the positive side the small garden was charming, bedlinen and towels spotlessly clean and bedroom was spacious. Breakfast was OK. However, this is described as a hotel when it is a B&B as far as I am concerned. The bathroom was tiny and the furniture/décor really needs updating. This could be a lovely boutique hotel and whilst I loved... More

Starting with the positive, the owner was friendly and attentive and bedlinen/towels were spotlessly clean. On the downside, this B&B needs some sprucing up - I loved the exotic theme but it would be so much better if the owner invested in updating the furnishings and maybe replace the plastic flowers with fresh ones. Our bedroom was spacious (1st floor... More

Nice, small hotel, room as in description given, nice and friendly service. It was a bit tricky to find it as its nit directly by the road and navigation give us direction to the back of hotel but u can also drive in from the front. Check in time a bit short, 3-8 pm, if u are late without giving... More
