Cozy pub for a Sunday Roast -- beef or pork -- served family-style with seasonal veggies, roasted potatoes. Housemade sorbets or toffee cakes for dessert. The town setting is ideal for walks afterwards. Don't miss the adjacent cemetery and the pretty views to the sea.

We spent one night here on our whizz about the West Country, food was excellent I had the mixed grill, the missus had the Ploughmans.....both tasted great ! Breakfast (full) was just the same ...great. The pints of Tribute consumed topped off the stay. One word...Marvelous !

I can't comment on this place as a hotel as we only ate there. We called in here with our 2 daughters for dinner. We hadn't booked and the tables were all full. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in getting us to a table as soon as one was available and took our order at the bat so... More

The pub is nice and lively. Dinner experience was varied however. My husband went for traditional British options - steak pie and sticky toffee pudding which were good. Although vegetables which came with the pie were embarrassing - baby carrots were old and overly boiled. Chips were good. The carrot and sweet potato soup was sour - like someone poured... More

Mousehole is a very popular place with quaint cottages set around tiny streets (not built for today's cars!) so parking is limited! Head up the hill on the way out and you discover The Kings Arms opposite the church. A handy stop off serving the local 'Rattler' cider with the bonus of being dog friendly. However don't expect an extensive... More

Traditional pub in the lovely village of Paul. Stopped off here after visiting the local church where the grave of Dolly Pentreath(the last Cornish language speaker)lies .Nice pub and friendly staff. They serve well kept beers, the Tribute Cornish Pale was a treat.A short walk down Paul Hill brings you to Mousehole.

I booked to stay at the King's Arms because it was the most affordable place for a single person in the area. The pub is an old stone building with lots of character, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was very small, no ensuite or even a washbasin,.but it was very attractive, with an old high bedstead... More

Visited to celebrate a birthday , although the food was ok and bar staff competent , the waitresses looked miserable and didn't speak , they were very unwelcoming ! There is more to eating out than the food , ambience ruined by two surly teenagers with complete lack of communication skills .

After spending day hiking about the coast discovered this humble abode. Homely atmosphere with helpful and pleasant staff. Yummy food and well presented. Generally worth a trip off beaten track and looks like a well visited local..

Arrived just as lunches were available. Always like to come here for a crab sandwich as it is pure crab, unadulterated, fresh and tasty, with home - made coleslaw on the side and a small mixed salad. The staff are friendly and helpful and the beer is very good and served in dedicated glasses.
