Perfect position 3 minutes walk from the promenade and 5 minutes from the Jubilee Pool. Welcome and hospitality fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Why stay in a Hotel when you can stay here. We had everything we could possibly want and more. Our visit was made so much easier by Liz's helpful nature . Nothing was too much and... More

Really clean and friendly. Recently redecorated to a high standard. Liz the owner very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Super breakfast. Plenty of free on street parking. Asked to see the room and so was aware of the private bathroom issue mentioned in another review so wasn't an issue. Highly recommendable guest house. Would stay here again.

Liz, the owner of the guest house is very friendly and helpful, we had a breakfast included and enjoyed it all. If you want a peaceful environment after long day on the beach or trekking - this is a perfect spot. 20 mins walk to station in Penzance is not bad either. I would definitely be back!

We stayed here for Easter weekend and really enjoyed our visit. Liz is lovely, so helpful, room is comfortable & clean and the breakfast was good too. We only didn't give 5 as the wifi wasn't very reliable and sometimes the lighting on our floor wasn't working leaving us stumbling about in the dark. The tv reception was a bit... More

Stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. We had a lovely stay in the B&B. Liz was so helpful suggesting sights and loaned us a bag on blankets on the evening we were going to the Minack theatre as the weather was bad. It is within walking distance to the Penzance seafront and the centre of the town with... More

Really enjoyed our stay here, lovely people, amazing breakfast! Great knowledge of the local areas too to help you decide what to do and when. Really clean, and well organised. Would definitely go back if we were in the area again!

We spent three nights at this cosy B&B in Penzance, a town we had never been to before, as part of our short holiday in Cornwall. It is a very nice, comfortable and clean B&B located in a very residential area, a short walk from the attractive promenade and the old town. Very helpful owner. We came in early than normal... More

We had a great time at Rosalie guest house. The room was clean and airy; small but sufficient. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best full Englishes we've had; not greasy and full of flavour. A good selection of toast and fruit. The owners don't cheap out with poor quality - this is good to see. Liz was very... More

Friendly homely feel of BB. The room was compact, light and quiet - facing the back of the house. Compact bathroom but completely adequate. Breakfast was excellent - I especially liked my cooked English breakfast. We liked the location, including easy access to the promenade, restaurants, pubs. The owner was very obliging.
