We went here 2 years ago and had a great birthday meal. We went back last week to a very disappointing birthday meal. There were no out of the ordinary specials like lobster, just very average food, and was not very good. I had the fish and chips, I had trouble getting through the thick batter, by witch time the... Only book this hotel with a Seaview, because all the good reviews for this hotel have them. We were given room 23 with frayed net curtains , view of the back kitchens and the sound of a noisy generator, the pink bathroom suite was straight from the eighties, also two main lights not working. Tried to upgrade but told could... More

From the moment we arrived the staff were so accommodating, couldn't do enough for you. The hotel location is great, very quiet and amazing views from the bedrooms and the breakfast/dinning area. Good varied choice for breakfast. Yes the hotel could do with a complete refurbishment but this is why it is classed as 3 star. But the hotel is... More

Had a great stay here in a lovely family room (although only two of us) that has the single bed in a little 'side room' which has a door with a window so you can keep an eye on the sleeping child but still have your privacy. Comfy bed lovely ensuite. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Beautiful dining room... More

Its a great hotel in a great location. Breakfast and the service was excellent. Easy access to the town centre and the beach. You can go for a lovely scroll and see everything in Newquay. For those who like to swim, there is a pool in the hotel!

The Trebarwith Hotel is the classic image of Newquay. The view across Great Western, Tolcarn, Lusty Glaze beaches to Porth is perfect. Sitting on the wind shielded patio, taking in the whole of Newquay Bay is only truly possible from this amazing location. The hotel is excellent. Attentive staff, excellent food (try the sizzling steaks, they are amazing), and comfortable... More

We booked the hotel during this year Easter Break. The Location is no doubt great and Sea view from the garden was absolutely stunning.Hotel's Exterior looked alright. There was private beach access from hotel although steps down the cliff were too steep for any elderly guest trying to climb up or down.I think they should put up some kind of... More

This is an old Hotel that been updated and should be put on your bucket list of places to stay. However you could be disapointed as it gets booked up well in advance. i have already booked for May 2017 So... More

Visited the hotel many times and it never fails to disappoint. An excellent location with breathtaking views of the coast. We had a family room above the main entrance and was perfect for us. Evening meal was excellent and highly recommended. Car parking can be tight at times but always found a space. I'm sure we will be returning for... More
