Stayed with my mum for 3 nights in Newquay for her 60th, hotel very convenient for all of newquay and has bars and restaurants within it. Has a lot of history and is interestingly strange with a dis-used lift shaft down to the beach. Badly needs redecorating as all very old and old fashioned. Car park cost us £15 on...

This was a step into the past, what a lovely building which exudes great charm. The reception was very courteous, rooms of a mature vintage, well appointed and clean. Very reasonably priced and the breakfast was extraordinary. The heated pool was a pleasant surprise and the ambience of the sitting rooms and bar area was a lovely experience. Would highly...

We stayed for 4 nights and although the place was a little tired and in need of decorating we had a nice stay. The pool and facilities were good and the breakfast was reasonable. The price we paid was good as the room we had was spotlessly clean and it was very large and a lovely sea view. The staff...

We have just returned from a 3 day break in Newquay with friends, our 5 month old baby and 2 dogs where we stayed at the hotel Victoria. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, very dog friendly hotel, spotless accommodation overlooking the beach. We have taken our dogs on breaks before where they claim to be pet friendly and given sub...

Was visiting 3 to 4 times a year for the last 4 years. Last visit looking very tired. Duty manager took our complaint but on writing to company manager they have completly ignored me and not responded. I will never visit this hotel again. Appalling customer service.

On arrival we was welcomed by extra friendly staff. The reception area is very grand however the rest of the hotel is tired and old. A fresh coat of paint would make the place look a million times better. The steam room was out of order. The sauna was nice. The pool was rather chilly. The Jacuzzi had a lot...

We had a great time at this hotel! We booked a room for us and 2 dogs and were worried to find ourselves on ground floor! However the room was huge! So clean and modern looking! We had what was almost a suite it felt like. Our dogs were made very welcome (even when they were yappy in reception!) There...

On the 16 of March 2016 I stayed at your hotel. We did not have the best of stays. We was there for our 9 year anniversary so needed to make this a bit special for my partner. I requested on line in the box to have a bath and a room with a decent view.  When checking in I...
