Stayed in the Fistral suite and what a view over famous Fistral beach and in January still the surfers out and the weather incredible. The Hotel is a joy from start to finish, modern meets traditional in the most classy way. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The afternoon tea was just amazing and cannot recommend the Hotel highly enough....

I booked the Headland as a treat for my partners birthday and I was not let down. It was stunning - from the moment we walked in the front door to the moment we checked out, it was amazing. I booked the Fistral Hybrid suite, room 126, and it was just what I wanted - views over Fistral Beach, which...

I've been going to the headland since I was a child and always love it here. However I was a little disappointed in a few areas...the jacuzzi in the spa needs re-doing everything is state of the art but unfortunately that means if something is below par it sticks out like a sore thumb-I counted 40 small blue tiles that...

Travelled on business. Had to be out well before dawn (meeting in Southend!) and it is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that provided a (very) early breakfast tray. The whole stay was like that, just ask

Just spent a week with friends in the Headland cottages. Lovely week staff great spa great. Much better service in hotel than on our last visit. There is building work going on in and around the hotel. Would have been nice to have been warned. Saying that would still have went ! Looking forward to next visit.

We stayed for two nights last weekend, really enjoyed it very relaxing and the food in the restaurant was lovely. The only real down fall was the pillows were rubbish! The views are beautiful and not getting in the car until it was time to leave was great

Dear Sharon How lovely to see that you enjoyed your birthday weekend so much and thank you for the compliments about our food. I am so sorry that the pillows you were given were not to your liking- a quick call to reception would have enabled us to send different pillows up to you at once. Do let us know...

The headland was just perfect and such an easy stay. On arrival champagne was organised in the bedroom, with rose petals and swans on the bed all done at with a single email. The room which was number 128 was spacious, modern and decor was fab. I chose the option of the view of Fistral and it took our breath...

Dear Larla Thank you so much for your super review. I am delighted to see that you were both so pleased with your room and our food. We have stayed both here and in their self catering cottages and its one of our favourite places. This time the stay was by no means perfect, there was a large number of coaches in the car park, so maybe they were a bit swamped, but trying to order drinks and dinner was a real saga. Every time the waitress...

It is wonderful to know that The Headland is one of your favourite places, but I am so sorry to see that there were frustrating issues at dinner during your stay. Yesterday I visited the Headland Spa as a pre-Valentine's day treat. We paid for a treatment and therefore got use of the spa facilities. The steam/sauna rooms are great and the hot tub is a really nice extra treat. The pool is also a luxury to go and cool off from being in the hot rooms. We spent about an...
