We booked through laterooms.com based on the reviews we saw on there. We loved our family room in the garden, it was clean, tidy and ideal as somewhere just to use as a base. Karen and John were very approachable and made sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and Karen was happy to chop and change... More

Very Friendly owner, everything kept very clean and tidy, has everything you need. Was perfect for me and my partner for a couple days away. Breakfast was also lovely! (Full English) Would visit again!

I booked at the last minute and have been delighted. Such a warm welcome from Karen and my little grandson loved Taz their big dog. Just to say that Taz is kept away from guests so if you aren't so keen on dogs you won't meet him. We stayed in a family chalet at the back of the b and... More

I have not actually stayed in this place. I did book a room on line and stated that my arrival time would be 9.30pm. This was outside the time that they normally take guests. I got a prompt abrupt email saying I should not have booked as it was clearly stated that it was outside the normal accepted arrival time.... More

If you are not going to go down for breakfast very much tell John or karen as he got very sassy that we didn't arrive for breakfast which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Don't worry about setting an alarm as the dog on sight will more than likely wake you up between 7 and 8! Over all the... More

This was our second stop here this year and our third in total so that speaks for itself. Karen and John are lovely, the rooms are spotless and it's a very good breakfast, my partner is scared of dogs so they were more than happy to make sure theirs was out the way whenever we were around so even being... Excellent hosts greeted us at the door and catered to all our needs with friendliness. Despite being a budget B&B we had plenty of room and everything was very clean. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to do Cornwall on a budget!

We booked when we were looking for somewhere last minute but affordable. Some reviews made us second guess but karen was a lovely host. The no takeaway rule is simple to do. The breakfast was simple and just what you need. We would definitely stay again.

Managed very professionally by the hosts. Rooms are nice and tidy but we found ours a bit small. Very close to all locations e.g. zoo, restaurants and beach Decent breakfast and ample parking space. Hosts have a dog (for people who might have issues BUT he is NOT seen in the B&B area, kept strictly in their private space)
