I booked the single room which was round the back of the hotel with no view, but this was no problem as I did not spend all that much time in the room. They have a great lounge with a view of the river and a bar that works on the honours system, (you write down in a book what... More

Returned to Looe after many years and have to say I wasn't disappointed! The Old Bridge House itself was a the most fabulous B&B I have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic with views to die for. The care and attention given to every detail from decor to a mini fridge in the room. Colin and Liz are wonderful... More

We stayed for 3 nights. We agree with the predominant views. Our hosts were superb. The guest house clean, comfortable & homely. Breakfast was great tho' I feel an added 1/2 hour ( at present 8-9) would be advantageous. The honesty bar offers something for everyone. The location & views are fantastic. We look forward to a return visit, probably... More

My wife and I stayed at The Old Bridge House in Looe for a week in August. We were instantly impressed with the standard of the place as soon as we walked in, and the friendliness of the owners, Liz and Colin. We had the superior room which was perfect. All that we could want. The standard of the food... More

My wife and I made a welcome return to The Old Bridge House for a two night stay. The hotel remains immaculately clean and well furnished. Colin and Liz again were the perfect hosts, full of helpful information. The breakfasts remain the icing on the cake and it was clear that the other guests were just as impressed as we... More

My husband and I visited 2 yes ago and had to return. It didn't fail to disappoint again! Recommend the Kingsand Room with amazing views across the harbour. The breakfast is excellent live the hogs pudding! Colin and his wife are so lovely and make you feel really welcome. Only complaint is that there was no cider in their honesty... More

I can only echo most of the other comments on here. The hotel is excellently placed, was spotlessly clean and Colin and Liz can not do enough for you, they are kind and very considerate hosts. The breakfast was excellent and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Looe.

Stayed in river view room on top floor. The bedroom was spotlessly clean. As others have said in previous reviews perhaps too many instructions and warnings of extra charges. The room was very small, unfortunately no room for a chair. Horrible cheap plastic cups wrapped in bags by the sink. We thought one packet of biscuits was a bit mean... More

Couldn't fault our stay at the guest house. Liz and Colin were attentive and accommodating hosts. Lovely room, fab breakfast, excellent wifi connection and self serve mini bar. All you need for a pleasurable stay in lovely Looe. No parking on site, just a simple 5 minute walk to Millpool Carpark, 24 hours parking permit £5.50.
