We are a relaxed, comfortable and friendly guest house offering you first class, recently refurbished, accommodation. Our rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished and complimented with quality linens and luxury towels. We have an enviable position on the hillside of West Looe with fabulous views, all within a few minutes stroll to the harbour, beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits are all in refillable jars and speciality teas are in paper. The luxury toiletries that we use are also refillable. This reduces the need for single use plastics helping us protect our oceans and environment.

We absolutely loved the hotel. Fantastic room ,views are superb. Very spacious room with lovely decor . Bathroom huge! with a great shower . Very clean and everything you need and more . Breakfast was great . Only a short walk to town centre so location is great . Our hosts Paula and Tom couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. We will be coming back

We booked Schooner Point as a base to visit family in Cornwall. Our room was at the top of the house and the view from the window was lovely. Tom and Paula were very welcoming and they have catered for every possible need. Our bed was very comfortable and our room warm and clean with lots of additional touches. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Very high standard of accommodation which was very reasonably priced. Fabulous views. Looked freshly decorated everywhere. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with homemade preserves and marmalades! Hosts really helpful and friendly. Their restaurant recommendations were also great. There are quite a few steps up to the property but fine if you are mobile! Many thanks

Just returned from a perfect 3 night stay at Schooner Point! Paula & Tom are great hosts; welcoming, very friendly and helpful. The house and our room were spotlessly clean and the room has everything needed for a very comfortable, relaxing break. Our bed was huge and so, so comfortable with high quality bedding. The view from our room (The Lookout) was amazing. Breakfast is delicious, all made to order and a huge choice..it really sets you up for the day. All in all, it's a highly recommended place to stay with lovely hosts.

Absolutely wonderful. We stayed for one night recently and were made so welcome. The room was immaculate with a huge and very comfortable bed. Egyptian cotton sheets and an amazing view of the estuary. There were so many little touches within the room to make us comfortable and huge fluffy towels and robes in the bathroom. The breakfast the following day was perfect. Really good quality produce and attractively served. We would definitely recommend staying at this gorgeous guest house. The owners were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We were greeted with a warm welcome from the word go. Paula and Tom are fantastic hosts with nothing a trouble for them at all. Their guest house is pristine, warm and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and cooked from fresh, everything was so tasty. Great advice on the area, places to eat and walks. We can't recommend this place enough.

We had a lovely couple of days staying here. The guest house is very clean and tastefully decorated with quality touches. The bed was very comfortable with cosy linen and duvet. Breakfast was an excellent selection of hot and cold all cooked to order. The position is great, only a 5 minute walk from the Millpool car park and 5 minutes walk to town. It is up a steep hill and steep steps though!

From the moment I arrived Tom and Paula were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely friendly. Their guest house is lovely and was like a home away from home. Breakfast was cooked from scratch and there was lots to choose from. They were very knowledgeable about Cornwall and if I was stuck for an idea of where to go they gave ideas and honest opinions of places. Looe itself is beautiful and despite the very wet and windy weather was well worth visiting. All in all I highly recommend Schooner Point Guest House and I hope to return very soon.

Tom and Paula take a genuine interest in providing a level of comfort that i haven't experienced for a very long time. It is clear from the outset that it's a matter of pride for them to provide a spectacular breakfast tailored to your expectations. Sourced on local produce and cooked to order I continue to miss Tom standing there and arranging a perfect start to my day. The ever-changing tidal estuary is a stunning complement to the picturesque harbour and amenities all within a short walking distance. The room was in pristine condition and looked as if we were the first occupants. Again, the hands of Tom and Paula working hard, but unobtrusively, to make our stay an unforgettable experience.
