A warm genuine welcome from Jim & Shirley on arrival. A small but cosy & clean bedroom. Nice to have individual tables in dining room. Best breakfast by far, such a variety served by people who really enjoyed the work. Worth every penny!

Lovely little place, Jim and Shirley were great hosts and it was in a great location. Breakfast was plentiful and really nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a break in Looe! Only ten minutes walk from the train station and to the main shopping area.

Room was spotless and so comfortable. Jim and Shirley were excellent hosts, even spoilt our little dog and offered him a sausage for breakfast !!! Poor Jim must spend most of his day parking guests cars.Breakfast was great, nothing was too much trouble, cannot wait to return.

Booked this guest house because of its location and the fab reviews, and they weren't wrong. Warm welcome from Jim and Shirley, parking limited but Jim found us a space on both days we stayed, nothing too much trouble. Our room was the Wine Room which faced the garden at the rear, lovely room, warm, spotless cleaned and well decorated... More

Just returned from a 2 nights stay in the Wine Room. This B&B is a lovely little place. Welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Jim & Shirley really care about their guests and that's a good enough reason to come back again. Jim&Shirley...Thanks for all your hospitality. We hope to see you again next year 😊

Decided to spend a few days in Cornwall and came across this terrific Guest House in a perfect location. The property is situated in a quiet road minutes walk from the main town and harbour. The owners are super friendly and helpful and offer free parking, a real bonus as Looe is so small parking is at a premium. Room... More
