Friendly couple, clean and tidy room with tea facilities, hairdryer and tv. Nice hot shower and soft towels. Excellent breakfast. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room could have been warmer though as got quite chilly during the night.

Having stayed in various guest houses in the area I will only stay here in future, either by booking well in advance or by moving the date of my holiday! I could not have wished for more friendly, welcoming proprietors, cleaner rooms or better breakfast! Thank you both so much, see you next year!

What can I say? Host's were friendly and really tried making sure we were happy and comfortable, even bringing us extra coffee as neither of s had had a hot drink since leaving our home in Kent 7 hours earlier!. They were able to advise us on local places to eat in the evening and thoughtfully provided a map. The... More

Lovely little gem here. Myself and boyfriend visited for two nights in April and very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The room was small, we did book the small room. But fitted everything that was needed and was big enough for us as we spent most the time out and about... More

We were greeted by the owners Jan and Mike who were lovely people. They chatted to us about our journey etc and were genuinely interested in us as people. They took us to our rooms which were extremely clean and well decorated.

We were met with a warm welcome and good information about Falmouth and the area around. Had two double rooms with good space, coffee/tea and free wifi. Both very quiet, even though one of them faced the street. The breakfast was delicious - full English or toast with free choices of eggs made to whatever you wish for. And cooked... More
