We stayed at the Lugo Rock 15th - 18th July 16 due to a family graduation ceremony nearby. Katie and Phil had only taken over the business two days before we arrived and I had made a mistake with our arrival date, it should have been a day later but Katie managed to find a room for us. We spent... More

Had business meetings for two days in Falmouth, so just looking for a quiet night with WiFi access. Had room 14, small but very clean and comfortable Very warm welcome on arrival. Car parking was an issue, had to park in a side road with a five minute walk. Came in when it was getting dark and there was no... More

Myself and my Mum just stayed with Jane and crew for the last 3 night in their family room (two rooms in one) one single and one double with an adjoining door. Nice big clean rooms, bathroom cosy but brilliant shower what was the main thing, big thick fluffy towels each day. Pre ordered breakfast each evening nothing a problem... More

We had a very warm welcome from Jane. Our visit was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate. Breakfasts were excellent and the service was good. There was easy access to the beach and central tourist spots. Would definitely return to this guest house.

Stayed here for a night and the room was lovely & comfy, very close to Gyllingvase beach and a short walk to the train station and the long windy picturesque town centre. Loads of traditional pubs to choose from an Falmouth certainly has its fair share of eating venues. Very friendly staff and a cracking breakfast and we will return.....

This was our third visit to this Guest House as we have had two previous excellent visits. We knew from these other visits that we could guarantee a friendly welcome, very comfortable accommodation with superb standards in terms of the food and the furnishings. The Guest House is close to the town and the sea front and we would not... More

Room 15 was small & cramped & the shower was dirty.. For £60 per night it wasn't up to standard & the wifi didn't work in the room. Breakfast would have cost a further £15. We left early & found The Norway Hotel, en route for Truro which served a delicious breakfast.

Everything was superb. Handy location for town which is a short walk and even sea views from the front gate. Received a friendly welcome and smiles and pleasantness all round. The room was clean and had everything one could possibly need, even a mint on the pillow. The highlight for us though was the amazing breakfast which set us up... More

The Host really went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and needs were all met. The room was spacious and very clean. It was good value for money. Good location in walking distance to everything we needed. I felt very welcome and Would definitely stay here again.
