Booked through Secret Escapes and extended our stay to a full 8 nights at the end of July beginning of August. The biggest surprise was the phone call the week before to check whether we had any food allergies or any other needs, never had that before anywhere so 5 stars for that. The hotel over looks the sea and... More

We really would have given the hotel and its lovely staff a five star review had there not been some hilarious cock-ups in the dining room during our three night stay, and a real problem of slow service. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, grand, beautiful - all those adjectives spring to mind as first impressions. We had booked through... More

My wife and I have recently held our wedding reception at the Falmouth Hotel and from start to finish the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Even though we only had a small party we were treated with the same level of care and attention as a large party. The facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. The location and views are... More

We have been visiting the Falmouth hotel for food on and off for the past 5 years as locals, and the food can vary, as well as the staff. We had 2 chicken burgers and a fish and chips. The meals were good but I would not say it was any better than Wetherspoon. I have some recommendations for the... More

What a fabulous hotel. The service of the staff at our meal was first class and the quality of the food amazing. It was the best roast I have had at a hotel for a long time and the fish and chip supper was also first class.

We booked for 2 nights in a double sea view room. This was a building that you want to own, they have done a good job as a hotel it really feels like a grand holiday home from yesteryear. Our room had as promised a sea view, you couldn't stay here and not have a view! Polite staff, with a... More

I rang up to enquire booking a pamper day and was handed to Megan, from the beginning she was extremely helpful and welcoming and explained the package, Megan asked if it was for a special occasion, to which it was my sisters 21st birthday, Megan said she would arrange a few balloons for the table, When we arrived Megan greeted... This remains an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very good value for money. The food is excellent and the location could not be better - cross the road to the beach, walk to the station in 5 min, to the Castle in maybe 15 min, and to Events Square in about 15 min.The staff are lovely and very... I booked this Hotel for a 2 night stay (Sept 2016) as a surprise for my daughters Graduation at the nearby Princess Pavillions. When she arrived, she was shown to the double room with 'sea view' that I had booked and was disappointed that it didn't represent value for the price that was charged. The sea view was limited by...
