We had no idea what to expect really - many smaller hotels can be shabby and badly run. But this was bright, smart, we received a friendly and warm reception, the room was clean and tastefully decorated, and overall we were very impressed. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked, and was not greasy or simplistic.

This was my second visit to the Lerryn. This time I was in room number three (eight last time). As soon as I entered the room, I thought "yes this will be perfcet" and it was. The room is decorated nicely with a good ensuite which was crisp, clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. I liked the attention to... More

Excellent location with easy parking.Beautiful classy contemporary decor with bright, airy, clean and comfortable rooms. The views are stunning from the higher floors. There is a good breakfast menu and the food is well presented and very tasty. Last but certainly not least, the staff and owners are friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 1 night after selecting the hotel after capturing a £67 room plus breakfast on line which beat most other local prices. The owner at reception was relaxed and pleasant and gave the place a really nice feel. I stayed in room 19 which has a double bed and tv. The room was a bit musky but nothing... More

Friendly hotel and also dog friendly. Lovely and well cooked breakfast and they use good quality ingredients. Breakfast up to 10am which is great for a lay in. The room number 14 was a good size room and had a lovely sea view. Comfy kingsize bed and a small but well equipped shower room. Great built in wardrobe, good for... More

I stayed for one night whilst walking the coast path. It was the biggest hotel/B&B I stayed in 2 weeks walking - I'm much more used to small B&B's. But the staff do try hard to get that personal feeling ... and succeed! Room was great - especially considering the price (best value in my whole stay). Breakfast was especially... More

We had a fantastic 1 night stay at this hotel and received a very warm welcome from Bear the gorgeous dog! Our rooms were excellent, good quality fixtures and fittings, very clean and comfortable. This is an old building and hence everything is not perfect, wonky walls make for difficult tiling in bathrooms, but overall, very pleased. There is an... More

The hotel was chosen as it is situated conveniently for the railway station, but with loads of free car parking nearby if needed, and just one road back from the sea front. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and both our room (14) and service was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best and the guests lounge/bar was beautifully comfortable.... More

This hotel was run by very friendly and welcoming staff. The bedroom was clean and beds comfortable. Delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this hotel. I guess the rooms with seaviews would have a stunning outlook.

Excellent Wi-Fi download and upload speed. Close to the downtown area of Falmouth. My single room was small but very comfortable. I like the fine touches like the clothes hanger pictured in the attached photo. The other photo shows a nice windows in the hotel lounge. And, there is a well stocked library to browse through.
