This is a super hotel which has a host of wonderful qualities! I particularly like the balcony suite over looking the garden. The sub tropical garden is truly magnificent and it rolls down to the hotel's private beach. The staff are all incredibly good and always do their best to provide excellent service. I am a frequent client of this... More

We travelled with a pet and we're give a fabulous room with double doors that led directly out onto the garden, so this was just perfect for us. The room is a bit dated with very flowery curtains and blue patterned carpet but somehow it all worked with the old English beauty of the garden. The room and hotel were... More

This is the most beautiful garden, beautifully maintained. A joy to walk around and the garden extends down to the sea where the beach is private. We visited in August for a light lunch / cream tea (which was very good) and fell in love with it all over again. Stayed there some years ago in the cottage and hope... More

Recently stayed 3 nights at the hotel, great location, close to all local places of interest. Comfortable room, all amenities provided , excellent dinner menu, food and breakfast service. Hotel is set in lovely gardens and even has a private beach with walking trails. Staff were very friendly and polite. Highly recommend .

We saw this hotel advertised in a well known gardening magazine and booked to stay two nights. We were not disappointed. The hotel sits in extensive grounds (8-9 acres) with gardens that are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk or sit in. Snacks and drinks are served out into the top section of the garden, but there are chairs... More

My husband and I and our 3 children stayed in a family room at the Meudon Hotel for a week in August. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and accommodating, they couldn't do enough to help. Our interlocking rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The bathrooms were clean and a good size , the convenience of having... More

We stayed here for 4 nights for my sisters birthday. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for, a quiet location with amazing gardens and its own beach. Being able to walk down to the beach after breakfast was so nice, and you are right on the coastal footpath, so excellent location for walkers. I asked the hotel to... More

Excellent dog friendly hotel. Very extensive exotic garden complete with Wooly fern and giant Butter Bur. Girls had great fun exploring. Garden leads to private beach but sea not swimable. Staff very attentive and allowed us to eat with dogs on bridge.Food high quality, we particularly enjoyed the Cornish Cheese.

We have returned to the Meudon for the second year running. The dinner and breakfast is really tasty which Is served in the dinning room with the lovely view of the garden. We did not have lunch. The service is great. The hotel has a very large tropical garden and a private cove which is great for rock pooling. This... More
