Beautiful hotel with sea views. About 12 minute downhill walk into town and only a 5 minute walk from Gwllynvase beach. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast choices. Parking very easy on site. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Will definitely return.

The guest house provides good accommodation close to the centre of Falmouth. The rooms are small but spotlessly clean and well equipped . Breakfast was very generous and the staff were very hospitable and helpful. Parking is available but check that you dont get blocked in.

We stayed at the Rosemullion for 6 nights in room 8 which has a balcony with sea views of Gyllingvase Beach and a very comfortable king size double bed. Although not en suite, this room has a private well appointed and spacious bathroom a few steps across the landing for exclusive use which, overall, proved to be a very good...

Breakfasts were generous and the full English was always cooked to perfection and served piping hot. All the staff were attentive and very welcoming. Gyllyngvase beach is at the bottom of the hill and Swan pool is an easy walk...

I arrived here with my boyfriend last Tuesday to stay 3 nights. We received a warm welcome from Gail and after a mix up with the booking (no fault of either of us and Gail was very helpful with this) we were shown to our room and offered a pot of coffee and tea which was a nice touch. The...

very homely and welcoming - Gail and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and room 16 was slightly larger than others seen - very neat / tidy but perhaps the decor needed refreshing. Bed extremely comfortable - short walk only to Falmouth Town rail station. Would definitely recommend to others.
