What a lovely friendly place to stay in Falmouth. We had a lovely welcome, I just wish we could have stayed more than one night. Our room no.3 had a great view of the castle and a glimpse of the sea. perfect, it was spotlessly clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Highcliffe to anyone.

Absolutely faultless! The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the town. The accommodation was beautifully presented and very individual. The decor was fantastic! Hosts were both extremely warm and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable - good quality bedding and pillows! Breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff! Fantastic stay, thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

Fabulous interior, great location, immaculate and comfortable, the owners looked after us extremely well and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay, which we certainly did. Can't recommend B&B enough.

Highcliffe Guest House is an absolute 'gem'. This was our 3rd stay (we're aiming to try every room!). Always a very warm welcome from Simon. This is a beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, home from home. Great location minutes from railway station, town centre, and beach. See you again soon 😊

My partner and I stayed at the Highcliffe Contemporary B&B for a second time recently, and once again our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Simon and Ness are truly outstanding hosts, and really make you feel like their home is also your home. The hot water had stopped working on the floor of our booked room (a very minor...

The accommodation sits in a great position in Falmouth being just a few minutes walk from the train station, the town and a few minutes walk to the University. Our room no. 2 was equipped with a very large bed - I think Super King and was very comfortable. The bedding was of a nice quality and everything in the...

Comfortable beds, well equipped and spotlessly clean rooms, (loved the Molten Brown!) and gorgeous breakfasts! Five minutes walk from the beach, 10 minute walk...

This was our 2nd visit to Highcliffe, the 1st being in 2013. We were not disappointed, from the very warm welcome from Simon when we arrived along with the offer of tea to the 'Au Revoir' from both Simon and Vanessa when we left. Our room & en-suite was 1st class, warm and very clean. My wife was studying and...

This has to rate as the best b&b we have stayed in. The hosts were really attentive, warm, friendly with nothing being too much trouble. I would urge anyone to treat themselves to an unforgettable experience.
