Booked this guest house on booking.com . The photos were nicer than the actual thing 😐 The location was good you could walk to the water front, we did not opt for the breakfast as it was £9.00 each. It could do with a good tidy up.

I'm a prospective student at Falmouth University, and recently had the pleasure to stay at the Trelawney Guest house whilst I checked the area out. We received a beyond warm welcome and all our rooms were lovely! The staff were really helpful in giving us the lowdown of what was happening in and around Falmouth and I'm definitely looking forward... More

This place is not recommended. After being on a coach all day we arrived at this pre paid B and B to find no one there to meet us and nobody answered the door or telephone. Grounds were extremely untidy looking - one look was enough to put visitors off. We then had to find alternative accommodation at the lovely... More

Individually cooked breakfast was a feature, great beds, brilliantly located with just a short walk to town centre, Tessa was fantastic in on posting a jacket we forgetfully left in a wardrobe, couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I stayed here for a week last week and found it to be a good place to stay. Conveniently near the station at Falmouth Docks and handy for the beach and town centre. The room I had was a standard single room with a private bathroom (with bath and shower) nearby. The food was excellent, well prepared and in very... More

Very nice B&B, a most warm welcome and everything to make the guest feel welcome. The room cosy and the bed more than confortable. Have been in hotels where the room was maybe bigger but the bed felt like a batch of bricks. Cannot but recommend this excellent guest house. Furthermore, in walking distance to the beautiful bay of Falmouth.

We stayed in a lovely room at the front of this charming guest house in late September. It was a convenient walk to the village and harbour area and with Tessa's great advice we had fantastic meals and a fun night with folk dancing at a local pub. It is really good to stay in places like this where the... More

I have stayed at Trelawney House on a number of occasions and that speaks for itself. A lovely terraced house within walking distance of the rail station, and ideally located between the beaches and the harbour. The rooms are beautifully furnished and well stocked, with quality toiletries, biscuits, tea/coffee, etc. Breakfast is an optional extra, but that is fine as... More

I stayed at the Trelawney Guest House for a week at the beginning of November. Lovely room. Spotlessly clean. Lovely landlady and housekeeper. Great location close to the beach, the town centre and the station. Would definitely stay again.
