This hotel has everything, the management and staff were amazing. The food was excellent for the price with plenty of variety for a small establishment. For a tradesman i would recommend this hotel for the location and the excellent prices. This hotel is looked after by star pubs and with a little investment this venue could become a true winner! As...

It is well past midnight on our 2nd of 4 nights here at the Saddle Inn. It is the 2nd night in a row that we are unable to sleep because of loud music well past midnight in the bar below. We booked our stay here several months ago and nowhere were we told that there would be loud karaoke...

Dear John, I am really disappointed to read that over a 4 night stay you can only comment on the one element you were not pleased about. In reply, to your comments, it was myself who your wife complained to on the 2nd night which I believe you will agree was unfounded. Mrs M came down to the bar at...

The Saddle Inn is in a great location in Chester, just one block away from The Rows and half a block from the Grosvenor Museum. A Tesco is located less than 5 minutes away. My room (Lucky No. 7) was spacious and comfortable while still having the classic 'lodging above the pub' feel to it. The towel warmer and tea...

My partner and I were recommended The Saddle Inn by my partners friend and we were not disappointed. There was a problem with the room when we arrived that we had originally booked so we had to stay in another room. The owners couldn't apologise enough and quickly rectified the situation whilst we had complimentary drinks. Such a fantastic atmosphere,...

Dear Rose, Thank you for your review regarding your stay and room 7. The building is a Grade 2 listed historical building and if we could put a lift in somewhere I'm sure it would be easier than taking stairs to the second floor for all our residents and me as I live here! We are in a great location...

Dear guest, Thank you for writing your review and discussing your complaint with me at the time. Myself and 3 friends stayed here Saturday night, we received a lovely warm welcome, shown to our room and was asked if we needed anything such as iron, iron board and hair dryer, the nice lady even told us the best bars to go to and where to avoid which was really helpful.
