We've stayed at a few Premier Inns as the standard is usually always good. This one is in an ideal location for visiting Chester Zoo (the reason for our visit and less than 10 minutes drive) and also just a short drive into Chester. The room, as well as the reception area, looked a little tired but was clean and...

Premier Inns are usually very much all the same, I think its the staff that set them apart. All the staff here were lovely, very friendly reception staff, restaurant staff and bumped into one of the cleaners, all gave service with a smile :-) The room was clean and quite spacious with having 2 little ones with us, bathroom looked...

Lovely hotel, I would recommend as in great location, not far from zoo and only short drive from town, ideal for getting taxi into town. Staff very friendly and very pleasant. Local shop not far away for the things you forgot !

About 10 minutes drive from the centre of Chester (approx £5 in a taxi). The usual Premier Inn, you know what you are getting and staff were friendly. There is no lift but only two floors (ground and 1st). Let down by the adjacent pub where breakfast is also served, we had some lunch when we first got there, it...

Great family room, kids eat free for breakfast was fantastic value. Beds in room very comfy. Room on ground floor for families was quiet which made for a great nights sleep. Check in easy and staff very friendly and informative.

Really friendly staff, both at check in/out and at breakfast. The room was very clean and plenty enough space for four of us, which is surprising considering my eldest is 6ft tall. Quiet, without traffic noise makes for a good sleep. A buffet style cooked breakfast, not available at all Premier Inns, meant our hungry children could tuck straight inn....
