Greeted by very friendly receptionist on arrival, room was huge but as other people have said very hot as this PI has no a/c, they try their best with a fan but stirs the warm air around. The showers here are superb, nice to get a decent one after so many premier inns have converted to wussy Eco showers -... More

Lovely premier inn, only grudge we had it was VERY hot 27.5 degrees on the thermostat was like trying to sleep in an oven not very funny when you have a 4 year old, 2year old and a 11 month old baby. All the staff said in the morning was "It cant be helped". We did have a fan in... More

Stayed here for two nights recently. Hotel could do with a revamp as it looks a little tired but it was okay. Main reason for low rating is the fact we noticed a strange sour smell in our room, had a little look around and found a carrier bag with rotten food in it on the sofa bed behind the... More

Really good room, HUGE bed and a lovely bath. Parking was an issue because there aren't many spaces so we had to park on the Brewers fayre next door. Also there was no air conditioning system, only a fan, which didn't help much when the thermostat wouldn't go below 20 degrees. But we had a really good time, and it's... More

Stayed here with my Mom for an overnight stay after a visit to Cheshire Oaks. Room was nice, very comfortable, typical Premier Inn style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had tea at the Brewers Fayre next door, which was very convenient although food was just okay. We decided to give breakfast a miss and went to Sainsbury's... More

Premier Inn is generally of a good consistent standard however, the bed was good and our room was at the back so nice and quiet, plenty of parking too. Real people on reception which is always a bonus these days and they were very friendly. The floor in our room (45) was seriously creaky though wherever you walked and every... More

We like to stay at Premier Inn and this one is just the ticket as usual. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and approachable. Full marks. However, the Brewers Fayre next door did the Inn no help at all. I would go elsewhere next time because of them. The restaurant was a nightmare. There was... More

We had an overnight stay in Chester with our friends and children. The staff were helpful on check in. The rooms were as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, clean and comfortable. We had lunch and breakfast the following day at the Brewers Fayre, and the food was reasonable quality and well priced. The breakfast was great value for money.... More

The location is a bit from the City Centre, but there is quick bus service (20 mins to city centre). The room was up to the standard we expect from the chain. The reception people were cheery and helpful eg buses etc. There is a Brewers Fayre adjacent so breakfasts are done there. It is in a good place to... More

The perfect place to stay when your going to the races, only a £5 to £8 for a taxi (if you can get one on race day). Idea with the Brewers Faye next door to grab a drink or food. Exactly what you pay for, a comfy bed and big rooms. Friendly check in staff and clean rooms. It's a... More
