Sally is a lovely hostess in a charming house at the center of Sark. The B&B is the perfect location to start when exploring the island, as it really is right in the middle, and Sally is more than happy to offer information (of which she has an abundance!) and suggestions of what to do for you to get the... We, a family of three, were made so welcome by Sally and she was helpful in every way. We asked her many questions and she was like a walking encyclopedia of imformation about Sark. Our 13 year old son really enjoyed his stay too and we still re-live the memories. It was a great base for walking around Sark. Sally... More

Sally works hard offering B&B, a tea garden with light bites and great value home cooked evening meals. The Sark cream tea was excellent and at £6 good value, the scones were home made and there were lashings of cream and jam. The garden is a real gem as is Sally's friendly welcome.

Thank you Sally for being such an accommodating and welcoming hostess this past weekend during our impromptu visit to Sark. We arrived on Saturday morning and were immediately shown our room, which had bunk beds so that our family (3 small children) could stay together. The bedroom was spotless and comfortable and although the room was not ensuite, we had... More

Where to start? Sally is a fabulous hostess. Available in case of need but not obtrusive. The absolute best bed and breakfast experience . We eat in and had a fabulous array of choices setting for sea bass, moules with home made bread, and beef casserole all to die for ( have her home made fries). The breakfast was yummy.... More

Thank you Kate for taking the time to write a review. It is nice to know that you all enjoyed your meals. It's s pity that the wifi was playing up that night, it is usually very reliable. Also I'm sorry that all the en suite rooms were occupied on the night of your stay. Neither of the two dogs... More

This is a very comfortable home on a totally relaxing island. Sally was very accommodating and easy going. My room was clean and cozy with a lovely view of the garden. Very tasty and large breakfasts give one a great start for a day of walking and exploring. Would absolutely stay again!

Set in the middle of Sark, this Georgian House is drenched in local history as it's been at the island's centre point over the years. Its been a Doctor's home, had German officer's during the war years and even has its own Agatha Christie type story. But here is the clincher, nothing was too much trouble for Sally, the owner,... I stayed here in mid-May and found Sally, the proprietor of this quaint B&B to be extremely attentive and accommodating. The place is very quiet and Sally cooks up a fantastic English breakfast. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants on this lovely island.

Sally Hutchins takes good care of her guests, with full English breakfasts in the morning and a ready pot of tea any time during the day. The large en-suite bedroom was spotlessly clean and inviting with two large windows facing the surrounding meadows. Sark can be a bit nippy at times, but no worries when the central heat magically goes... More
