I must point out that the shower had the best pressure we had had in our two weeks of travelling through England and Scotland. But this b&b felt like we had been sent to my strict great aunts for the weekend and we had to hide out in our room and be careful what we said and did in the... More

I for the first time was in England and very much worried how all this will be. Directly from Heathrow airport I went by bus to Cambridge. Previously we with Lucie wrote each other, and she prompted as it is better to arrive her home. The owner opened for me a door, gave keys and invited by a breakfast for... More

The cottage is set back from an arterial road into Cambridge. There is thus some traffic noise in the rooms. It has free parking and a bus stop nearby into the city. You can walk it in 35 minutes. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, quality shower and a decent TV. Wi-Fi is also freely available. The breakfast was... More

On a busy road, but a lovely haven once you find it. Lucia welcomed us and showed us to our attractive, comfortable room with a gorgeous private bathroom across the hall. Not many restaurants right there, but she gave us walking directions to a few options within a 10-20 minute walk. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and... More

Easy to find - parking usually available on the driveway but as there wasn't we were easily able to park across the road in a safe and free housing estate. Owners very friendly, told us all the basics. Our room smelt incredible it was sooooo clean and tidy! Literally immaculate! I was a little disappointed that there was no bath... More

It's rather easy to miss, but the Tudor Cottage Guest House is a nice small B&B on the outskirts of Cambridge. The room was nice, the owners very friendly, and the breakfast was also very good. It's easy to feel at home there; I would go again, if our travels ever take us to Cambridge again.

Very nice place to stay in Cambridge. Cosy little rooms with free wifi, a great english breakfast and very friendly owners. Within walking distance to the center of Cambridge, but also a bus stop close by.
