I stayed here with my daughter while visiting Strawberry fair we were greeted by a cheerful and chatty lady. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, clean and pillows were so soft we had a really good nights sleep. Parking on site which helps. Recommended. We will be back 😊

We arrived at the guesthouse last minute and were greeted happily. Room was suitable for us, bed & ensuite. Shower head was cracked so the flow wasnt ideal but hey, the shower got us wet so nothing really to complain about. Jeremy Kyle was on the telly so had a laugh at that. A fiver for brekkie - tasty fry-up.... More

I stayed with a bunch of my colleagues for work, and I cannot speak highly enough of Acacia. Genuinely had the nicest stay there, and was very well looked after. I'll try and summarise...: - The rooms were modern and very well looked after (cleaned everyday). - The breakfast was really good and served at a time requested (if ordered... More

Good value for money for UK standards. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable and customer service excellent. Transportation links to the train station and the city are good. Bathroom could do with some improvement, water pressure in shower and from tap was very low.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the area. It is located about 2mile from Cambridge but there is a bus at the corner which runs every 10 minutes into town. Our room was out the back upstairs overlooking the yard. The bed was comfy and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast room a little small... More

We stayed here at the weekend. It was very clean and comfortable and served our needs perfectly. The couple who run it were lovely and hard working. The breakfast was lovely and fresh. We are going to be regular visitors to Cambridge and plan to stay here in the future if there is a room.

My partner and I were looking for a cheap accomodation for just two nights and the room we were given was just fine: not pristine - but you can't expect much from these places - but the bathroom was clean, with new fixtures, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and the area were the hotel... More

I was in desperate need of a place to stay in Cambridge as my usual guest house I normally stay at was fully booked. Acacia had a single room available for the night I required. Although a rather unspectacular place which is in need of some major refurbishment, it served my needs well. I had private use of the normally... More
