When I arrived at Rosa's B&B, I first feared, that the distance to Cambridge city centre could be a problem. But the walk (about 30min) is very nice and there are frequent bus connections to the centre. The big advantage of the location is the silence, which I appreciated much. The breakfast was excellent. The single room was nicely decorated... More

Great single room, lovely decor, free wifi, brilliant breakfast (didn't need to eat all day!), and a lovely hostess who made it home from home. Thank you! (ps - my daughter got a 2:1, so will be in Cambridge next year for her Masters... Guess where I will be staying when I visit!)

Arriving at 1600hrs on a Friday afternoon I parked my car and walked into the city centre, which took about 25 minutes, to look round the shops and have something to eat. Returning at 1900hrs I was warmly welcomed by Rosa, and shown to my room. All the guest rooms had been recently redecorated, and my room was spotlessly clean,... More

Rosa's Bed and Breakfast is a nice and cosy place to stay with a very welcoming and kind owner. The rooms are not overly spacious, but comfortable and elegant nonetheless. Coffee and Tea were included in the price. I especially liked the breakfast which was truly phenomenal: As a former chef, the owner did a really good job there. I... More

I stayed at Rosa's for one night prior to a job interview that I had in Cambridge's city centre - Rosa was to happy to suggest the best way to get to town in the morning and was kind enough to book a taxi for me. My single bedroom was very nice with a great view of the garden, and... More

Really clean and friendly. We were served breakfast at 7.15 on the day we went to the gallops no problem. I must say I gave up on the full English and had a bacon sandwich after the fruit because of the sheer quantity. My friend had a delicious omelette every morning.

I was ready to give this a full 5/5 until a couple of things that happened spoiled my stay. As others say, the location is on a wonderfully quiet residential road, the landlady is welcoming, the rooms are beautifully decorated and well appointed. I had a very good night's sleep. I only need three things in the morning - a... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Apologies again for the hot water running out toward the end of your shower, as you mentioned whilst here. I was disappointed to hear that, as it has never happened before. Measures are in place to stop this occurring again. With regard to your breakfast time. As I recall I did offer to... More

I stayed at Rosa's B&B for 4 nights during a week of studying in Cambridge. The room was nice, clean and warm! Rosa was incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay there again if I was visiting Cambridge on my own!

Rosa is very friendly and the service is excellent. The Breakfast was delightful and it is nice to speak to someone rather than stay in an impersonal hotel. The room was small but well appointed and very clean. There was TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and a very comfortable single bed. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing.... More

Stayed there for a weekend only, got the room outside the main house. A bit different from the photos but good one. The room was extremely hot when I got there and it took a while to low the temperature. Needed to shut the heating off completely otherwise you can't breath. It is a challenge to find a parking place... More
