I have just started working with a new company that has a Premier Inn Business Account. When I arrived the Premier Inn High Wycombe / Beaconsfield I new the stay would be noisy, with a train line to the top of the hill and busy main road to the bottom. On arrival the staff were expectantly arrogant and rooms were... More

Normally I would rate highly a Premier Inn however this is definitely the exception. Family travelling together so room sharing required between 2 rooms. Booking system online doesn't provide for adjacent rooms and whilst the actual checkin was polite and efficient it was clearly too difficult to allocate rooms side by side. On arrival the room temperature was 27c, too... More

Very well managed Premier Inn and friendly and helpful staff. Ideal situated junction 3 of the M40, close to major roads but in a little green corner so no road noise. Tasty Brewers Fayre next to it so no need to take car to get a drink or bite to eat. It even has a nice outside terrace to drink... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as it was my husbands 70th birthday. Rooms were spotless and all the staff were very friendly. In conversation it was mentioned that it was my husband's birthday the next day and that we were eating in Marlow. On returning to our room later that evening we were greeted by a balloon, a bottle... More

Arrived here after a 2 day break at the LEGOLAND hotel and to avoid a 4 hour journey home at teatime on a Friday night. We arrived at about 6.30pm and went straight to reception. The hotel is in 2 separate buildings one half seemed to be newer whilst the older building is where reception is based and what appeared... More

Brief stay here as we were at an event in Marlow 6 miles away. Good hotel, although located on a hill. However, there are lifts everywhere so getting about was not a problem. Room very clean and tidy. Usual type of restaurant adjoining the hotel (Brewers Fayre in this case) although we did not eat here on this occasion. Plenty... More

Checked into the hotel for a few days as I was working in the area. Very friendly reception staff who always greated myself and any other guests passing through reception with a friendly hello and a nice smile. This evening I found myself speaking to the manager in reception along with the receptionist who were both "lovely" they had time... More

Hotel was spotless and the bed as always in a Premier Inn comfortable. The restaurant however, Brewers Fayre The Paper Mill was atrocious! Service almost non-existent, food over cooked (burnt), when complained the manageress offered a replacement meal. This arrived raw ! Being raw chicken, the ideal thing for an upset stomach or worse 'salmonella'. Several other customers also complained... More

Hotel was very clean and well presented. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Room and linen clean and fresh. Pub next door very poor service and food. Takes all the good points of the hotel and ruins them. Poor service lasts longer than clean rooms. Wouldn't stay here again because of this
