Total up to the standard I expect from Wetherspoons. Food was served hot and well cooked. We went here for a pre theatre meal as The White Hart gets busy and if you have a sweet it takes ages to come. No problem here however it took 10 minutes for the sweets to come. Well done!

I always enjoy a visit to The Bell to catch up With friends and family. It is such a nice Friendly pub with a great atmosphere. It is nice to go somewhere where you can hear yourselves rather than having to shout over loud music. The food is always good value and very quick so is ideal if you are... More

Great service Great food Great location Great prices Love this pub! Very friendly staff and right in the middle of town so handy for the train station and the bus with taxis right outside the front door. Looks out onto the market square so you can watch the world go by over a drink! Give it a try!

Pleasant enough place with beams. 4 of us had burger and chips which was very good. Very warm in here and not there fault but there was plenty of flies. Right in the heart of the market Square so ideal for shopping

This was a very disappointing family meal for three people, with eggs like rubber, a burger with half the filling missing, hard chips, burnt potato and cheese missing from the burrito. Two meals were sent back, eggs perfect but a burger with filling missing still and hard chips. Usually the food is quite good for the price you pay. The... More

This is no longer a hotel since Wetherspoons have taken it over. It is now a pub called the Bell, Market Square, Aylesbury, HP20 1TX Tel: 01296 388080. We called in this spacious Wetherspoon pub opposite Buckinghamshire library and I enjoyed the chocolate fudge cake with two scoops of icecream. My partner wanted scones but had a small, but filling,... More

Visited here for lunch with my wife and our two sons. Very busy, they weren't understaffed but seems the waitress turned up a little late. Very friendly barman who took our order no problem and even told me where the condiments were, and how long the wait for food might be. The food itself is fine, between 5 and 10... More

Went for lunch, lovely menu, great choice and children's menu as well. Friendly staff and good service. Prices of drinks and food were pretty reasonable. Very spacious restaurant. Downside as that the toilets were upstairs. All in all quite nice.

Beautiful hotel and excellent restaurant. Booked on line and must admit from the outside I thought I had made a mistake but once inside the welcome and first impression of the rooms allayed any fears! Booked two rooms separately but at check-in they made sure we were allocated rooms together! Staff were so friendly especially at breakfast couldn't fault anything

Arrived at night in car park which was over a main road from The Bell. Took a few minutes of wandering round the car park to realise where the building was situated. Finally entered the building and found the reception. Staff pleasant and helpful. It seemed quite an old pub with stone floors and oak beams and the receptionist seemed... More
