From the minute that the 4 of us we walked into this b and b , we knew that it was somewhere special to stay. The house and setting is wonderful, and the hosts are genuinely friendly and interested in their guests. The rooms were very comfortable, with great beds ,bookcases and places to sit and we loved the extra treats...

I was very impressed with the room which had a view of the Gorge and the Suspension Bridge and the bathroom which was enormous. The thing that makes it is the wonderful service and the little touches: shampoo AND conditioner, sherry and snacks in the room and a nice reading area with a sofa that makes it a nice home...

Simon and Joanna are the most gracious hosts in their beautiful home. The rooms are very comfortable, the views spectacular, the breakfast excellent and the welcome warm. This really is their home, so don't expect a modern boutique hotel. It feels like you are staying in a lovely family home and you are made to feel most welcome. We are...

My friends and I enjoyed having the top floor of this magnificent four storey town house, just a few minutes walk from the iconic Clifton suspension bridge. The double room and twin room were clean and well equipped with elegant furniture and comfy beds. Nice little touches such as a glass of sherry waiting in the room made us feel...

Thanks to Simon for a very nice stay. No fuss, had everything we needed and felt very welcome, secure and comfortable. Bedroom was nice with plenty of little additions and breakfast was very good. Definitely value for money and we will stay again for sure.

This is a wonderful B & B! It feels a real privilege to be able to stay in such an elegant home. The building itself is beautiful - a classic Georgian townhouse with simply stunning views over Clifton bridge and the city lights beyond. We had a warm welcome from Simon, the owner, who immediately made us feel at home....

An altogether excellent stay. Rooms spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, easy going and assisted by organising a taxi to the wedding venue. Great choice of breakfast, delicious and quickly served. Highly recommended.

I have one word to describe my recent three night stay at 9 Princes Buildings- superb! This b&b is located in an attractive Georgian terrace just a stone's throw from the Clifton suspension bridge. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and our room and bathroom were luxuriously appointed. Nice touches like fresh cake in the...
