Where to begin, i guess at our arrival. We arrived at what can only be described as a run down house with the door bell selotaped onto the door. When the door was answered we were greeted by a young man in flip flops and an old tracksuit, he said welcome and asked us to wait in the living room,...

We stayed for one night in one of the ensuite rooms, and a single shared bathroom room. Location is OK - walkable into the centre, but about 20-30 minutes. We found parking on a nearby side street, and this was free on the weekend. Check-in was OK, but not particularly friendly - the man wanted to take a photocopy of...

Terrible guest house, should be closed down. Booked a room for four people with private bathroom and shower. Upon check in at 7pm we were told the occupants will have to share another bathroom with other guests. The toilet possibly could be repaired by 10pm. They had no other rooms to offer. We walked out as not what was ordered...

We booked a room for five people, but there were only four beds in the room. We picked up the keys earlier in the day, so there were no staff members around when we got into the room. Came recommended by another guest house which had let us down. Firstly the few positives. The lady welcomed us with a smile, but said 'good luck' when I asked about parking, which was on a nearby side street. She offered to carry my case up to the second floor. Plenty of storage. Free WiFi. Good location for Balloon Fesival, only...

Stayed here as a group of 12 friends as a hen party, which was booked and confirmed months ago.. not worth the money at all! Questionable Cleanliness, Claustrophobic Rooms, shockingly uncomfortable beds and a lack of En-suite facilities. Visited the Clift Guest house with a booking of 12 friends. We were crammed into 3 fairly small rooms with no en-suite toilet. The bed I had in particular, consisted of a block of wood with a very thin mattress. The owners were nowhere to be seen...
