We had one night stay here (Monday 8th) check in staff exceptional, helpful and provide fantastic customer service. Paid close attention to our needs. Lovely to witness such care being offered to training Mohammed by one of your senior staff assisting in the Bar. We opted to have an evening meal in the restaurant. Its airy and bright, very welcoming. The fish curry was fabulous, again service high standard. Rooms, was clean. Excellent quality AC. Most other establishments fall down with that! Beds comfy, lovely size shower. Breakfast was of high quality, plentiful, easy to navigate choices. All staff attentive, helpful. Lovely to be greeted with Good Mornings! Your staff are your asset here! Highly recommend.

There’s not much to report about this central Hampton by Hilton, as it is pretty much what you would expect. The hotel has the standard old style HbH rooms, which I am a big fan of. There was no noise from outside, which was great, but the corridor wasn’t fully sound-proof. It is located close to Cabot Circus and it is easy to walk to other parts of town. Breakfast was the usual HbH offering and set us up well for the day. The bar/breakfast area was well laid out and had plenty of space. Would happily stay again.

Dear MrHandBaggageOnly, Thanks for taking the time to share feedback following your recent stay with us here at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol City Centre. I am pleased to read that you are a fan of our hotel rooms. We actually have a mix of both the older design and new prototype design of Hampton bedrooms. If you should stay with us again, the new design of bedrooms can be found on our Ground Floor so please ensure to speak to a team member should you prefer an older design/styled room. In closing, it is always a pleasure to read that one of our guests would happily stay again and we do hope to have that opportunity in the not so distant future. Kind Regards Mark Keeley-Swistek Deputy General Manager

Nice room but not the right fit to have a cot bed. Good location Terrible breakfast experience, lack of procura, doors closing before time and staff instructed that are not allowed to refill products like honey or chocolate even before closing time

My daughter and I stayed the night to go to the Hippodrome theatre. We were very pleased with the accommodation...nice clean room, large bathroom and a comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, and for £129 for the 2 of us we thought it was good value. Would definitely return.

Came here with a friend for a night out. Booked a twin room for a night. Staff are polite and cheery, no problems here. We had breakfast which wasn't great. Very well done sausage and bacon. Good selection of fresh food and drinks. Tinned fruit was a bit of a disappointment. Our room was tidy, the shower could of had a better clean. Beds were very hard so if you like a very firm mattress this place is for you. However a disaster for my friend and myself. We were up at 5 ready to go. Sheets were clean. Towels and extra pillow provided. Overall a average hotel.

Firstly, we are pleased to see that you found our hotel team to be polite and cheery and that overall, you rated your experience 4/5. I am sorry to read that you felt our complimentary Hampton breakfast was disappointing and our beds too firm for your preference but I do hope that you spoke to a member of our hotel team as we could have arranged our Housekeeping team to place an extra duvet on top of the mattress to improve the comfort for you both. My friend and I stayed here for one night on Friday 17th June and we were both very impressed. Check in and check out was fast, the staff members were friendly and efficient both times. The room was lovely and clean, the shower was great and the beds were super comfortable. We also really enjoyed the hot and cold buffet breakfast and as someone with a nut allergy it was great to see clear labelling of allergens on the breakfast items. We had a drink at the bar before going to dinner and the staff member at the bar was very kind to me when I was faffing around deciding what I wanted to drink, big thanks to them. The location was great for the big shopping centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. All in all a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had such a lovely stay over the weekend. We received one of the warmest and friendliest welcomes to a hotel we’d ever had from Rudi - quite a rarity for such a busy city-centre chain hotel. Rudi on the front desk was such a joy, and I really appreciated how they went out of their way to make my (very chatty) Mum a cup of tea! The staff were all so very lovely; special shout-out to the two lads working in the Breakfast Seating Area on Saturday morning and the front desk staff on Sunday who I didn’t catch their names - my Mum was gassing them up on the train home. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stay as a hen group of 20 when we arrived we got told our rooms was not ready, but we was ok about this totally understand, while checking all the ladies in the man had no clue what he was doing and obviously getting stressed, he gave a key card to one set of girls for them to go to the room to find some people in there, which was a shock to both them and the other couple which wasn’t part of our group, ended up giving them the wrong room not once apologetic. Another set of girls had been still waiting over an hour to get there room and also most girls said the rooms was dirty think dust under beds, hair in sink also blocked dirty towels etc. any way we got on with our night following morning we went out had an event planned when we came back our room cards stopped working which a lovely cleaner let us back in our rooms as we was soaking wet from our event, when the bride went down see what was wrong with the keys, the manager was very rude, telling us that we needed to check out them rooms and change rooms which let me say NO ONE told us this, so rudely telling us we have 15 mins to get packed and move rooms as she has people ready to check in.. so that was 3 rooms they wanted back and for us move to two triple rooms, one of girls rang reception for help as two our friends was in A&E so had alot to move and she rudely said NO as they are short staff and she needs be out in next 5 mins.. absolute joke and shambles.. would not recommend this hotel because of the staff Also it stunk of weed in one the hall ways.. Only good point is the breakfast

Bad: Sadly it doesn't has a bathtub with such a big bathroom, one of the towel has dark brown dirt on it, disgusting... Good: Breakfast is good with lots of choices, love that we can make the waffle! The room is quite big, bed sheet and blanket is silky and soft. Bathroom is big with good amenities.
