Excellent hotel situated within a short walk of the Watershed entertainment and restaurants, has comfortable, well equipped rooms, with bar and restaurant. The car parking, though restricted, is a boon when staying in a busy city location, and secure with barrier entrance.

We paid £169 for a (albeit large and spacious) room that was dirty - lots of marks and stains on the drawers and sticky fingerprints above the bed. If you want a good nights sleep do not come here - from 2am-6am constant noise from people walking passed the rooms drunk which woke me up and knocking on doors etc. The hotel has a guarantee satisfaction policy but clearly this isn't in place with regards to noise levels. Family trip to the Theatre, wanted a central value hotel this proved just the trick, it was fairly central and very friendly and the room was big and comfortable with a bonus of free wi fi, although breakfast was extra if you book the night before the price is reduced form £16 to £10.
