My husband and I usually stay at this hotel when we visit Bristol and we've yet to be disappointed. The rooms are always nice and clean with polite staff. Be careful of staying on weekends during the summer as rowdy hen parties do stay there as its central to the town centre.

A large hotel right in the centre of Bristol and only 5 minutes walk from the popular Waterfront area. Main common areas are all nicely finished and plenty of room to sit and grab a drink. Huge rooms with all that you'd require and a large bathroom. We had a double standard room and have no complaints. Pool/spa all very... More

We stayed with our 10 year old daughter for 2 nights as a little city getaway. The hotel was close enough to everywhere - but obviously not totally central. I'd requested a high floor room and was allocated ground floor. So I asked for higher. They gave us level 2. We went to our family room and it was ok... More

Nice hotel, handy for a stop over. Bar and lobby nicely presented. Friendly staff. Room spacious and comfortable. Shower door could do with a steam clean, some black mould in around the surrounding. Behind the toilet was a bit dirty, I expect bathrooms in hotels to be spotless!! Only used pool once during our stay. Changing rooms were grubby, floor... More

Staff at reception were very friendly on our arrival. We had parked in the car park & there was a charge for this but it was very convenient. Slightly disappointed to be told the pool possibly wasn't available at a certain time that evening as it was being hired out for private use, but we were then told they may... More

Our first problem was finding the place! It's big and ugly on the outside with a tiny sign (that can be seen from the road) minimal parking signage too! Parking was the next issue; limited space, £13 over night, the only bonus being once we'd paid for that the next day, we were able to go meet friends and leave... More

Just spent the weekend here & couldnt fault it! Complementary drink on arrival was wonderful. I had called the day before our stay to request bath robes as we had a standard room & this was complementary too. Spa treatments were fab, & lovely helpful receptionist didn't hesitate to help my friend & I with products. The room as I... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night on a last minute decision. We arrived to the hotel from the back entrance car park. From the back the hotel looks a bit like a hospital but when you walk through to reception the hotel is lovely. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. 106 ground floor.... More

We visited this hotel for my birthday night away. It was lovely we arrived in the evening found our lovely clean room got ready and went out for the evening. We had a lovely sleep and used the pool in the morning before we left which was nice and clean.. The water was a little cold but refreshing ☺️ would... More

Booked 2 rooms here for a stopover on our way back from our holiday in Cornwall. We booked it nearly a year before we stayed there and although it does say that they may take any money owed anytime before your stay we weren't expecting it to be the next day which caused problems as my husband was doing our...
