The one unfortunate part of my stay was unavailability of a cooked breakfast due to some malfunction in the kitchen equipment. Apart from that, it was a good hotel with friendly staff. My room and bathroom were spotless, and the alternative continental breakfast was very good. I was pleased that Premier Inn had notified me by email within a day...

Hi Cliff Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's great to see that you enjoyed your stay at the hotel, however it's a shame to hear that your dining experience let this down. Rest assured I've passed your comments on to the Restaurant Manager so that they can look into improving the level of service provided to...

Great hotel for a one night stay to go to a gig at the Colston Hall. Clean hotel, modern room with comfy bed and air conditioning heating ( think it's been recently installed). Good breakfast made to order and all of the staff were really friendly. Easy walk to Colston Hall. The room was quiet (3rd floor). You could hear...

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept really well. There is good soundproofing, so I didn't hear much outside noise. The wifi worked fine, so I didn't need to upgrade. The room was warm and I would have liked to open the window, but it was too...

Love Premier Inn. Been longing to try King St. Bristol because the historic Llandoger Trow 17th century pub is part of it. As usual with Prem everything to do with the hotel accommodation is excellent. However for those of you who might book it because of the Llandoger Trow - think again. The ancient pub is the Brewers Fayre restaurant...

Bristol King St Premier Inn is ideally placed for a great value city break. Accommodation was everything you would like to expect. It is excellent value for money and conveniently located on the Hatbourside just a short stroll from a huge variety of sights as well as walking distance from the shopping quarter. I was concerned that parking would be...
