A little tired around the edges when you've recently stayed in a brand new purple-lit premier inn room but this is more than made up for by the helpful, friendly staff who cannot do enough to ensure the guests are happy & looked after. Also, great location!

I'm a fan of Premier Inns; they're not luxury but they are comfortable, good value for money and you pretty much know what to expect. This one was at the upper end of even that scale; an excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff.

Had a very enjoyable stay in a city centre location, hotel was clean and tidy and very quiet which was a surprise considering its city centre/waterside location, surrounded by top bars and excellent restaurants like the Loch Fynn next door, and more all within walking distance, excellent room A*****

I spent one night here. The room was functional and clean, and not replete with facilities -- all I needed. It was also good value. This is what you expect from a Premier Inn. Wi-fi is free (unless you want the premium service). Breakfast was fine. Good cetral location. Having an historic pub attached is odd, but quite a feature.... More

In desperate need of a refurb but about from that it was in a great location and the staff were brilliant. There was air com in the room and it was clean and tidy. Probably more suited to stag weekends than a romance though ;)

Had a good three days in Bristol Premier Inn King Street due to location, being riverside, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, also river cruise and open top bus stop within easy walking distance as was train station which took us to Bath for the day. All reception staff were so pleasant and helpful with nothing being any bother... More

A well positioned hotel to enjoy the sights and sounds on Bristol. Well placed with plenty of bars and restaurants on its doorstep. Quality of accommodation is what you expect from premier inn. Reception staff very friendly, even when presented with a 'difficult' customer. Note of thanks to Salome for excellent customer service. Average score due to some grumbles and... More

We recently stayed in this hotel whilst our child was in the Bristol children's hospital, the staff where very accommodating, the rooms where very clean and tidy, and on the whole a pleasant stay. Unfortunately there is no parking on site but the NCP is only a short walk away.
