I have been using this Hotel for several years now and the staff there are like an extension to my family. It's like home from home. A proper little gem with great food, very comfortable beds and making me feel very much looked after.

Looked close to my destination and fitted the bill for an overnight stay. Very pleasantly surprised by the hotel - it seemed like a genteel oasis in a rather busy area of suburban Bristol. Impressed by the reception staff and the room which was in the converted stable block. The room was very modern and immaculate. Due to unusually hot... More

Initially booked a Friday and Saturday night stay but liked the hotel enough to spontaneously book the Sunday night On Saturday afternoon! Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating, and the room itself was cosy, clean, and just the right size for the lair of us. The bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing - very powerful with lots... More

A wonderful hotel that is very reasonably priced, immaculately clean and contains well designed rooms. The bathroom had been recently updated and the general quality of the hotel was surprising The staff were polite and efficient, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely be returning here during our next visit to Bristol

My wife and I stayed here last night for the first time. We were both impressed with the room and the hospitality of the staff, the food was excellent, we loved it. Yes we will stay here again and we recommend this hotel.

Hotel is easy to find and looks delightful from the outside. We were given a room in the adjoining building. Although very clean the bedroom decor was a little dated with swirly plastered walls painted yellow. But as we were only there to sleep the walls weren't too important! The room was a good size and the furniture an eclectic... More

A really good hotel which we would have given five stars except we had a room at the front which suffered from traffic noise during the day. We arrived early but had no problem leaving our car and booking in later after our day in Bristol - bus stop right outside the hotel with frequent service. The girls on reception... More

Firstly, pretty much both ways you approach this hotel are slightly dodgy areas - DON'T BE PUT OFF, this is a lovely hotel in a nice setting, its just past some not so nice areas! When we arrived, I was impressed that reception had linked two separate bookings through two separate sites together into one booking as I expected this... More

What a wonderful surprise. This hotel is beautiful. Large rooms with luxurious bed. Large bathroom. So different from last night where we stayed in a dive called Central Hotel in Cheltenham. £129 for a cramped low class room and no breakfast. Just disgusting. I would recommend Best Western Henbury Lodge in Bristol to everyone. Very refreshing to know not everyone... More

Really great hotel. Decor, room, service and especially the restaurant were excellent. I agree not a typical Best Western and the best I have been in (and I've been in a lot through my work). Friendly relaxed atmosphere, breakfast was good (and they serve real orange juice, not "from concentrate". I will definately use this hotel next time I'm in... More
