First getaway post lockdown, this is one of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in, staff always friendly and smiling and nothing to much trouble for them. The restaurant was closed but not a problem as plenty of takeaways near buy. Had a room on one of the high floors, view was good over the city, no problems with noice, had a good nights sleep both nights.

The hotel itself was nothing special, functional, but totally average in every respect. However the car park was an absolute ripoff. We paid £15 for an overnight stay on a Sunday. I find this outrageous and will certainly think twice before booking any Premier Inn again

Had booked a week away using Premier Inns travelling from the North to Cornwall with lots of one night stays. However having booked and paid Premier Inn changed or cancelled our bookings a total of four times which caused some considerable inconvenience and little apology from Premier Inn. However we were very happy with the Premier Inn Bristol Haymarket. Car parking £15 for 24 hours. Good convenient location for the city centre. Friendly reception staff, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant had not opened so can’t comment on food. Large high building but our room on 7th floor had no noise disturbance. Would recommend.

I stay here all the time and it’s a great hotel and generally top class however today breakfast items were slow to be re filled which meant the rest of my breakfast was cold which wasn’t the best start to my working day Message to staff : customer service is key when customers are dishing up there breakfast if some of the food is going to take 5 mins explain to your customers to avoid disappointment

So I see from previous comments about the heating that this hasn’t been addressed. The corridors were cold and the room was very cold on arrival. The heating seemed to work for a while and then stopped. In the morning on a Sunday at 8am someone somewhere was playing drums/ music particularly loud. Not sure where exactly it was from but not very nice to be woken so early Pillows were uncomfortable & lumpy The accessible room was small, poorly designed with a bath (not wet room) and a bed that had no access under it Also the parking was too expensive We have stayed in plenty of premier inn before in other places and so we know it can be better
