Lovely stay, no problems. Staff friendly, great location for the city centre. Would recommend and would stay again. Great value for money and the food in the beefeater was lovely and reasonably priced.

Typical Premier Inn, clean hotel friendly helpful staff good location. Managed to park there too, reasonably priced for out trip. Stayed there before and hopefully will stay there again soon. Close to shops and there's a bar there too if you fancy a drink when you get back.

Great location, nice room on the top (17th) floor. Close to all shops and short walk to the water front. Staff happy to help. Breakfast was a bit top heavy but an alright selection. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms at the Haymarket are extremely hot and stuffy, the air conditioner was noises and what makes it worse is that the windows are not operational. The Beefeater restaurant attached was the slowest service I have experienced and very expensive for a second rate meal. Shame, because for Bristol centre it's perfectly positioned. Won't go back there, or able...

Been in Premier Inns all over but in this one it seemed very chaotic and no one knew answers to various things we asked. Will not use this one again. We booked as we always have such a good experience in the others we stay in. Disappointed.

Great hotel. Good location. Excellent. Attached beefeater restaurant appalling. Service terrible. Even tho it was empty. Food was dreadful. No one to complain to. I ordered chicken breast.with which came with salad n chips. It was a nugget. 12 chips and they forgot the salad.

Hotel was warm and welcoming. We asked for a quiet room and got it. The furnishings were not so modern as at other Premier Inns - limited places to put clothes, so lived out of our suitcases. Good size bath, but high, and no safety grab rail on the wall, so care needed while showering, or climbing in and out....

clean and comfortable, lovely soft (I mean not old and lumpy) large bed, spacious bathroom considering budget hotel with good functioning shower. choice of hot drinks, decent cup size and large kettle. lovely view if you get a room at the top (or just go up in the lift for a look!). The lift was fast and smooth.
