The hotel is is a great location in the centre of the city but set away from the main roads. The room was a decent size and it had all the amenities for our overnight stay, everything was in good condition and it was really clean. The only downside was the parking which cost £15 for one night

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to St Nicks Market and to Cabot Circus shopping complex. All though it is quite a steep hill to climb to get back from the shopping centre, still only took about 10mins. Lots of restaurants to choose from with in 1-2mins walk too and a conveniently located Tesco express. The hotel...

The hotel is well located in the area of Bristol that is perfect for a night out and very convenient for a lot of the central attractions. The rooms were very well appointed and exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable...

This was the first time at this hotel, we normally stop at the Holland House but after a couple of indifferent stays we chose to stay here and are glad we did. The service on reception was friendly and quick, noticing my Accor card I was immediately given a complimentary drink voucher which was used as we waited for our...

At best this is a company that is incompetent, on this occasion I was mislead and fobbed off when they lied about the rooms I was allocated. The background to this trip;...
